I was a little concerned initially with going with the lowest bidder however after speaking with Roy nd the others I was convinced his bid was the one to go with. Other contractors were recommending more in depth work. Roy even told me I would be better off having a local concrete company install a concrete gutter instead of having him patch that section because of drainage issues that would cause an asphalt patch to crack in a few years time. Roy is an honest man who provides quality work at a fair price. I've never even met the man in person but am very happy with the work and communication.
