I purchased a Multifamily property that had a parking lot in really rough shape. I got several bids from paving companies through my property manager and this one was the least expensive. I was a little concerned initially with going with the lowest bidder however after speaking with Roy nd the others I was convinced his bid was the one to go with. Other contractors were recommending more in depth work. Roy even told me I would be better off having a local concrete company install a concrete gutter instead of having him patch that section because of drainage issues that would cause an asphalt patch to crack in a few years time.
