I've been aware of this Gem of a Mobile Home Park for living at, for several years now; I'd say that the calendar year 2018, was the first time I visited here & today I was back bringing my beloved & fun-loving Mother, Dar T., some groceries she left behind for contributing to the WEEKLY BINGO FUN PALACE... The count has dwindled, unfortunately, here, at this "weekly BINGO GAME gathering due to illness & death of some, contributing members & that in itself is sad... Plain, sadness......... One area I really like, & enjoy about this weekly "Pack of Ladies & Gents" committed to gathering here, is that it is not only the gathering to play several games of BINGO weekly but it also DELIVERS A WEEKLY POTLUCK, where participants each bring something, pretty much any type of food & or beverage to donate to the cause & if there are leftovers they usually either divvy them up on-site OR leave with what is left of what they brought to share freely, amongst themselves... Attached are some photograph's I snapped today during my brief stay there where I handed off the item & reason for my unplanned trip here from home today to Carl; a participant... In the same area, there where they play BINGO each Wednesday afternoon, from 1:00PM/1300 (Military Time) to 3:00PM/1500 NOTE: (Starts at "around 12:30PM'ish & Wraps Up @ around 3'ish/1500)(Military Time) it has appeared to me that one can RENT this Auxiliary Room for entertaining, or having a gathering, as maybe a weekly card-game or something "Entertaining" such as this OR it could be IDEAL for a Baby Shower & or/Groom's & Bride's Pre-Wedding Celebration. Even for a BUSINESS MEETING FOR large & smaller businesses/groups/etc. ... All the banquet-long tables USED TO BE SEATED & FULL with paying-BINGO-PLAYERS Every single week, but as time has ticked-on...They are down to just 6 players weekly! Can you believe down to 6 from like 20-30 each Wednesday afternoon? Me either!!!? Let's get down to the nitty-gritty: $: Cost to Participate & Play!? : $6.00 USD (USA DOLLARS: COINS ACCEPTED AS WELL) 6 Bingo Cards FOR 6 BINGO GAMES for a total of 8 "games" & "1" BlackOut Game #: How Many BINGO Games IN-TOTAL for each weekly GET-TOGETHER?: A TOTAL of "9" (see above this area for fuller description). Atmosphere?: The Atmosphere is "Light & Breezy" with ZERO Pretension. The people here are respectful to each other & themselves. They are truly some of the nicest people who "do no harm" I've met here in this town of Turlock, California. RESTROOM: I've noticed 1, & the one I use is IMMACULENT, CLEAN & ALWAYS WELL-STOCKED WITH TOILETRIES... It is a toilet room that is spacious and has a Men's urinal & a toilet both in the single bathroom. If there is a second restroom here I haven't come upon it just yet...The restroom, NEVER is malodorous from lack of cleanliness; that's a keeper in my book... Amenities & a FULL Kitchen! It's always clean, well organized & has a standard refrigerator/freezer combination in place, plates, cups, coffee cups, silverware, dishes, plates & more amenities... They have TONS AND TONS of folding metal chairs. I've assisted with setting up and breaking-down SAFETY: There isn't a security person that I've seen here but in the 6 years & counting, the times I've been present here, there has NEVER EVER been any rift-raft lingering nor feelings of fear from me & the others I observe who really look like they "feel like they are home to a certain extent"... It's a really cozy & warm feeling to tell you the truth...Which is why I am even here, to share and explain the great business(es) and individuals and etc. that are "out there" just hoping to be enlightened, & to gain more usefulness & popularity...I live with PTSD-Chronic(C), and I don't often feel "safe" on a daily and moment by moment basis.... Here I do feel safe... This quaint & cozy location including the people residing here, have always made me feel safe & words cannot describe how valuable that is for me & my family who has also played BINGO here on more than one occasion... AN idea just popped into my brain: This locale would be PERFECT to rent for a small or large business who MUST PREP &/OR PREPARE THEIR CATERING (OF FOOD or ITEMS) away from their own Kitchenery, etc... The massive amount of rectangle banquet tables they have for use is astounding, & all were always in working order & crystalline clean prior to putting them back... Plus, I've put away clean dishes here, & they have nearly if not completely a FULL KITCHEN SET UP FOR CATERING or Party Get-togethers...And, there is a Stove Top & a kitchen TOOLS for baking & Cooking plus a LARGE LARGE LARGE sink with soap etc... I'll know by the end of the week if I won my case. I think that judge is smart enough to know who the liars are. Im optimistic. Straight from the gate, anything you would ask for would receive a dead , "No" with no explanation as to how a situation might have a reasonable solution. It think her position here has made her head swell and I believe she thrives on people being at her present need , allowing her to contradict what they ask for as a solution to correct the need. Being accused one day of not cleaning up after using the restroom when it was already dirty when I went in to use the restroom. Also after being there I also noticed that there was cockroaches in the gravel where the rv spaces are at. Not a really safe environment to be living at because my rv had gotten broken into while being gone for not even a day.

poor management, does not follow up with complaints and most recently safety issues…read more too many rules and regulations. the amenities close at 9pm and open at 9am. residents cannot park in front of their own home during the day, their own vehicle has to be moved to another spot and then another. strange, did not bother to ask why, lol, because management cannot communicate effectively. the last admin clerk was so irritable and rude all the time. the front office was always mess with papers and files..everywhere, an account red flag for sure.
