Instead of creating an environment where staff should conduct themselves in a professional and courteous manner or even be able to have confidence in the dentist and their staff, the dentist and some of his staff degraded a fellow colleague (my regular dentist for over 10 years!) If it were not for my regular dental practice recommending I would never have gone to Shailer Park Dental. I will certainly never be returning even if in dyer need and would recommend others avoid this negative environment at all costs! It was obvious the dentist was suffering jealousy perhaps? Or trying to somehow over inflate his own abilities. They all lack even the basic of people skills. Not friendly at all. Word to the wise! If you have nothing nice to say, don't say anything at all. A negative environment creates a negative attitude.
