I paid for a deep cleaning 300 dls, and the only thing they did was leave the place smelling like Fabuloso; they didn't even touch the shower, the toilet, the microwave, the windows, or the doors... everything is still very dirty--and that's despite the fact that there wasn't a single piece of furniture in the house. Hiring their service was a huge disappointment; my husband is absolutely furious about this monumental scam and is demanding a refund. Unsurprisingly, they aren't responding to our messages--though terrible service was to be expected, given that they charged upfront. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE - They bait switched and expanded the price, they didn't do a deep clean as they quoted, they actually missed most of the house, left 3 hours earlier than they said they would take to clean the house (half of the time), and then left. Then after paying, and I send my request for a refund via Venmo they block me on Venmo, Nancy doesn't respond to our text messages asking for a refund of $500 from the $1000 they charged. The original quote was 6-7 hours for a deep clean and $600-800, they upped it to $1000 on site (you'll see this in other reviews), then they did 3.25 hours and left without deep cleaning anything, breaking an item, etc. I should have known that they weren't trustworthy when the very social cat wouldn't hang out with them like he does others. Basically you get shoddy work, they ghost you when you say things aren't up to par, and they take your money and run. They literally left 15 minutes after my wife left the house. Unfortunately I was distracted with meetings and work (I work from home) and I paid and they left. I have so many pictures of missed areas, dirt, debris, dead bugs, hair, pet hair, and such. On the surface it looked ok and for a regular cleaning (Quoted $275) it would have been good. A deep cleaning this was not. I'm very disappointed that they won't stand behind their work and either refund the difference or come back and finish the job and remediate the issue. Basically be smarter than me. read more

SCAM If I could do less than one star, I would. Daisy Maids came to my house for a DEEP clean before the holidays. They spent less than 2 hours at my house while I was at work claiming they deep cleaned. I got home later that afternoon and the list they gave me saying they would complete was not done. My trim was still dirty, things were not wiped down, my windows were dirty, etc. Since voicing my complaints on how this was not a deep clean it was a biweekly clean I have no gotten a response back. I have called and she answers my calls acting like she cannot hear me. read more

still doing the same ish I wish I would have came here to read reviews. I cleaning service almost 2 weeks ago for bathrooms windowsills for dust. A little bit appointment was verified yesterday. I missed a call in the afternoon. She called back the evening verified for 9 AM the following day I called the morning of because nobody answered the first time sounded confused. I tried to call back a second time after verifying contact information and phone going straight to voicemail. horrible do not book she's depriving, other cleaners and companies. She cancelled 18 hours before the scheduled time. And looking at other reviews, she's unreliable. I needed a deep clean on my home when I was moving out. I scheduled with Nancy because she was immediately responsive and had an estimate range that fit the budget. 24 hours before the cleaning I got a confirmation text from Nancy that said her carpet cleaner wasn't working. A couple hours later I get a text saying the cost would be the top of the original range (though it no longer included the carpet cleaning and she had no additional information on the house). THEN, a couple hours later she texted me looking to reschedule because she "just got sick." I can't not-recommend enough. read more

I feel bad giving such a low mark but I've been left hanging twice at the start. Although eager for the job assignment Daisy Maids has had to cancel their first cleaning job with me twice right before they were to show up. The stated reasons sound legitimate and totally understandable but we don't have a relationship established so I don't know how they usually operate and cannot comment on service or value. I was scrambling to find a move-out cleaning crew while trying to move my mom out of her house in Lee's Summit and Nancy with Daisy Maids came through for me! I was a tad worried about previous reviews and discussed this with her. Come to find out she had a significant life event happen that, unfortunately, affected her ability to do some already booked jobs. She is eager to win back her clients and improve her Yelp score. And as I said, I gave her that chance and she did a great job in the small time frame I gave her. I would highly recommend Daisy Maids for anyone's cleaning needs! read more

We tried to set up their services, but the Daisy team apparently did not want our business. We reached out to schedule a monthly cleaning service with their team, and was able to get our first cleaning scheduled for the following Tuesday at 4. Tuesday at 4 comes, and they do not show, so we called. They assured us they set for Wednesday at 4, not Tuesday, so not that big of a deal. Then on Wednesday afternoon we received a text saying something came up and they would need to reschedule to the next day, Thursday at 4. Thursday at 4 comes, and no body shows. We tried calling and texting, but still have not received any sort of response back as to what happened or why they did not show. Not sure what happened or the reason to just stop communicating with us. I would not recommend reaching out or trying to set up any services with them. read more

Upon engagement they provided me with availability for the next day; however, after I shared my desire for SAME DAY service they willingly accommodated me. They provided me an instant quote for the service being requested, showed up on time,and worked quickly! I would certainly consider their service again and for recurring appointments in the future. This has been the worst experience of any form of customer service I've ever experienced in my entire life. She has LITERALLY cancelled and rescheduled 4 separate times, now! All with different excuses/reasons. It got to the point where she texted me yesterday to be here today and then cancelled AGAIN this morning. DO NOT EVEN ATTEMPT to use this service. It's a GIANT waste of time and your house will never get cleaned because she just won't show up. read more

Nancy, who I believe is the owner, said she charges $40/hr. She came to my home and we discussed everything and set up a date and time for her to clean. I had to reschedule that appointment as I was ill. Then she rescheduled because she was ill. Finally the day before she was scheduled to come, she texted me at 8:26 am confirming the appointment and I responded we were still on. Then about 4:30 pm that night she texted me that due to high gas prices, she wouldn't be able to clean for me. So she is not reliable and I wouldn't recommend her. read more
