Then after paying, and I send my request for a refund via Venmo they block me on Venmo, Nancy doesn't respond to our text messages asking for a refund of $500 from the $1000 they charged. The original quote was 6-7 hours for a deep clean and $600-800, they upped it to $1000 on site (you'll see this in other reviews), then they did 3.25 hours and left without deep cleaning anything, breaking an item, etc. I should have known that they weren't trustworthy when the very social cat wouldn't hang out with them like he does others. Basically you get shoddy work, they ghost you when you say things aren't up to par, and they take your money and run. They literally left 15 minutes after my wife left the house. Unfortunately I was distracted with meetings and work (I work from home) and I paid and they left. I have so many pictures of missed areas, dirt, debris, dead bugs, hair, pet hair, and such. On the surface it looked ok and for a regular cleaning (Quoted $275) it would have been good. A deep cleaning this was not. I'm very disappointed that they won't stand behind their work and either refund the difference or come back and finish the job and remediate the issue. Basically be smarter than me.
