Duane's autobody works for the insurance company NOT you. Just had my daughters Bronco repaired…read morehere. Not my normal choice but was recommended by many people. My truck was at my normal body shop which was booked out until 2025 so we went with Duane's. Apparently some damage was pre existing before my daughter hit a deer. Insurance company did not authorize that work and was supposedly going to call us. "Never got a call" from either Duane's or Progressive. Low and behold I get a call that the vehicle is done. Awesome, by the way we didn't get the authorization to repair the passenger door, but it's done and outside on the public street we're only open until noon as it's Christmas eve. WOW, you didn't even call and see if I still wanted it repaired and if I was willing to pay for it myself. Now I have to take it to my original choice and pay a 2nd time to have it partially disassembled and color mated a 2nd time after you did the color match and re assembled. BUYER beware, if you don't bring in a classic and pay cash they don't carte about you. DEI or woke they're in this for the insurance bureaucrats. Shame that a locally recognized shop actually works for an out of state corporation. So much for locally owned taking care of their own. Forever lost my personal and companies business.. After another company installed my lift, I kept dealing with a persistent death wobble. After going back and forth with them without resolution, I decided to have Tyler and his team take a look. From day one, they went above and beyond--doing a deep dive into the issue, checking the alignment, and really taking the time to investigate what was going on. Both Brett and Tyler sat down with me and clearly explained what they recommended and why. They also pointed out another part that needed serious attention, which I truly appreciated. When it came time for the service, everything was done right. They even took the extra step to realign my door after a wind gust had knocked it out of place--something they didn't have to do, but did anyway. That level of care really stood out. They also provided me with trusted contacts in my area, which was incredibly helpful. After picking up my Jeep, I noticed something that looked a little off and left a message for them to call me back on Monday. Tyler personally called me back within 10 minutes--even though they were closed--and helped guide me on what to do next. That kind of dedication and customer service speaks volumes. The entire team made me feel comfortable, and they were patient and understanding with all of my questions. I can't recommend Finishline Automotive enough!
