The job, which was supposed to take a day and a half ran to almost two weeks due to one delay after another (including multiple instances of not having the right materials delivered at the right time). At no point during this process did Mark communicate with us. We were always calling and texting; most of the time getting no response. The lack of customer service and communication was extreme and I would never use him again nor would I recommend him to anyone.

We were impressed with all of them, but Infinite Decks was the only one who was willing to figure out a design issue in order to bring it up to code. By far, this made them the best design. When it came to installation, I was continually impressed with the high quality materials and design. The new drilled pier post foundations are fantastic and they make my old footers look like childs play. Several times we had to make adjustments on the fly and they were always very accommodating and responsive, which is very important to me. They really did an awesome job all around and have even been responsive and helpful POST job finish, which is also refreshing to see, as some folks forget about you once the work is done. This is the second time that ARC Construction has come to my home to repair an appliance. The first…read morewas my oven in 2022. Just like the first time, I am quite happy with the result. Vlad #2 was the expert this time and he gave me the rundown for what happened and how he fixed the issue. I was happy with the final cost for the repair. One of the things that I like about the gentlemen at ARC, besides knowing their stuff, is their flexibility. I work a lot, so my schedule is difficult to maneuver around most repair peoples' schedules. Vlad was able to accommodate me and come out on the same evening that I made the request on Yelp. My washer worked perfectly to rewash the load that got interrupted, and I know that it'll be fine. I know exactly whom to call if something else goes on the fritz. Thank you, ARC Construction!

Our deck started to sag in the middle and we called his team out to look at it. They did a quick fix which did not resolve the issue. We called Mike and had a brief discussion, and he told us, "I don't know what to tell you". He then hung up on us. We eventually got him to come back out. He had an attitude the entire time. His crew admitted to not checking the ledger board. Our deck is lower on one end and has several areas of buckling. Mike had nothing but excuses. One of his team members offered a solution. They worked on it and left without asking for feedback. Mike never followed up. They also don't use hidden fasteners so there are holes in our no maintenance decking. Mike was completely rude and unprofessional. They built our deck wrong and he made us, the customer, feel like the bad people. His crew also took the dirt from the footings and threw it under our arborvitae bushes. I had to dig it all out by hand. There are a lot of deck builders. Do you research. I wish we had.

Benjamin has helped us out with several house projects. Most recently, he tackled the massive task…read moreof assembling two IKEA shelves for our dining room--and didn't stop there. He cleanly removed some of the baseboard so the shelves would be flush with the walls, added quarter round to the base, and caulked the edges for a seamless, built-in look that completely elevated the space. He also relocated our Nest thermostat to the opposite side of the wall. Benjamin has done a variety of other projects, too, including installing a storm door in our sunroom, repairing and replacing rotted wood, and replacing the interior door trim.
