A month later, I receive an email from someone named Justin asking me to fill out the online quote request form, so I responded yet again that I have already received a quote and am ready to proceed with meeting and scheduling installation. You guessed it - no response. If it's this hard for me to give them my money and start a project, I'd hate to imagine what kind of service to expect once I've paid. Or worse, if there are issues afterward.

Also told them of the wall outlet that doesn't work and the person I talked to said he would look at it while he was here. Well, another worker showed up, didn't know anything about the outlet and it took 4 hours to replace the tile. I didn't check the tile until after the worker left as they had been often I figured they could at least get the color right. I cannot express enough how difficult it has been to work with thia company and would not recommend them to anyone.
