The customer service included a very knowledgeable person who could assist me with what my needs were. Unfortunately about two weeks ago I visited the store to inquire about a product. I asked the cashier lady if she could help me with it. Quoting her she said "I don't know what you are talking about." Also she said "just go look over there you may find it." Unlike others who have helped me in the past, she was very unprofessional! To me her attitude was not to ask her anything about what I wanted. I left the store not pleased at all. Went to Golden Temple and they made it happen for me. Awesome and knowledgeable cashier! Today I decided to go back to Honey and Spice. Unfortunately I saw the same cashier in there today! I asked for a different product this time and she yells out and says "I don't know about that. You can talk with lady in the back. I said ok. So I walked towards the back the cashier yelled out that they didn't have the product. But she she had just told me she didn't know. So I'm confused as to why she would send me to the back. The young lady she sent me to was very nice and professional! She actually thanked the cashier twice for sending me to her because she actually had knowledge of what I needed. But the cashier stood behind counter and totally ignored the young lady. As a customer lm sure everyone should work as a team. From what I saw from the cashier for some reason she had a lot of unnecessary issues and attitude. It was really terrible! Don't know her name but she is black woman,stout and very unpleasant! So for the long review but I really like your store. But your cashier service needs a lot of work. She needs to be more knowledgeable, kind and understanding. Most of all respectful.
