I got to her practice crippled and limping and my knee was super swollen the size of a cantaloupe. After my 3rd acupuncture session I stopped limping although I couldn't bend my knee 100 % and was still swollen. Well, after 2 weeks of treatments 3x each week I'll be teaching my Zumba class tonight and I couldn't be more excited! I discovered acupunture 7 years ago after I tore my meniscus and ACL and I was told by my doctor only surgery would fix it. Back then I had a Chinese Zumba student who offered to fix it without surgery with acupunture, being skeptical at the beginning I gave it a try. My knee was healed in a month and since then I've been squatting, kneeling, doing weight training, high impact including plyometric jumps, everything!
