Plus you are examined by the PA on sight. Akos is an exam where you talk to PA in a different county similar to skipe. Live and learn. Akos has liberal hours if you had an emergency. My appointments were kept on-time and walk-ins wait time is manageable. The kiosk and nursing staff are very customer service oriented, always greeting me and giving a welcoming feeling and never rushed. I've also had quite a few COVID-19 rapid tests done at this location (outside the store - appointment only). Appointment times kept as requested, no delay of over 5 min considering how busy this testing location is - totally acceptable. COVID Testing Nurses always kind, sympathetic and professional. I had breast cancer in 2020 and part of my follow up care is bloodwork that can detect cancer markers. It's a mail in kit and having it done at Any Lab Test Now is the most convenient way to handle it every four months. Today was my first visit to this location and Lisa took care of me so well. I didn't even get nervous because she was awesome. I will be coming to this location everytime -it's a bit of a drive from Chandler but well worth going the extra mile- just like Lisa did!

However if you have any kind of question you might as well forget about getting any help. The practitioner will not receive any messages via email or thru customer service no fault of theirs. they simply don't get any communication from customer service platform. You must book an appointment and pay fee for literally anything you need including a refill, insurance authorization or an error with bloodwork they wrote orders for. This is definitely a management/corporate issue that needs addressed.
