P.A. Kevin Hall was recommended by a coworker five years ago, and i have been seeing him ever since, except on occasions when he was out of the office and took an appointment with one of their other medical members. Cottonwood Medical has worked me into their schedule more than once. there have also been several occasions when i couldn't get in, but those occasions weren't emergencies. when it really mattered, they got me in.

Made an appointment as soon as I moved to Arizona. First appointment was two months away. Called…read morein twice to confirm and give insurance information. The day before the appointment they called and said they "accidentally" double booked. Next appointment would be another month. I explained I was out of my life saving medication. Left me on hold after I asked for the name of the practice manager. When the person came back on she stated she was not allowed to give out the name or phone number of the office manager. Put me on hold again, and the lead scheduler came on and said they could keep my appointment. Does not seem like they care about the health of their patients at all. Would prefer to reschedule with another doctor but am out of medication. What is wrong with customer service. Update: this doctor is great. The scheduling is off site and it seems to be a problem with that department. The staff who actually work here are wonderful and caring. The doctor spent a long time with me and was pleasant.again, when you schedule the people are rude and unprofessional, you are better off walking in and making an appointment.

The staff never did any refills and I had to go to the doctor everytime to get written script…read more Referrals are super slow and in some cases totally neglected. The doctor has a tendency to prescribe expensive drugs advertised on tv and I am on Social Security and disability and can never afford them. I was having a severe drug reaction, in extreme pain, and the new drug was too expensive, and the nursed refused to go to the doctor and explained I will take the drug and like it. I was totally treated as a none person. I had several more days of extreme pain, had a PTSD episode out of the deal, and when I "finally" got the doctor to issue a new drug, the pharmacist called the office to see what the hold up was and he was told " Can't this wait a few more days." And I am in pain. He finally convinced her to the fax the prescription over, and it came within a minute, meaning paper work was complete, but she just didn't want to send it. The drug the doctor wanted me to take for $152 month has an over the top bladder cancer rate, and I have a bladder condition, probably Agent Orange, and is severe, and the nurse refused to have me explain the details to her. No way to treat a Vet. The staff would fit in nicely in the VA Medical where rudeness and lack of concern is common place.

I've had severe muscle atrophy for over 6 years, and spoke with my primary care physician about taking anabolic steroids. My primary care physician referred me to this clinic, and sent all of my information to this clinic. My referral was complete in a few days. I then called this clinic back in March, and was informed that their clinic is packed with clients and that I'd have to schedule about 4 months in advance. Though, not what I wanted to hear, I understood. So, I made an appointment for July 19th, 2018. I received a call yesterday (July 13th, 2018) that the doctors actually can't help me in the areas I would like help in, without even looking at me! It took you guys 4 months of my time to read 1 report of mine sent in 4 months ago to see that you can't help me?!
