Best Iowa Dealership hands down! It felt like family walking into the dealership and the product sales women/men were very friendly and helpful. I was in the process of looking at cars to buy my first car. I had been to multiple Iowa dealership in Cedar Falls, Ames, and Fort Dodge with no luck. Reece Raymond greeted me in the lot and he showed me the kind of cars I wanted what they had. I was very interested in the Jeep Cherokee 2019. He allowed me to test drive the vehicle and it was my last test drive! I loved this low-mile 23,800 Jeep and it was a 2019?! It was a practically new car! I named her Olive and never looked back. Great place to buy a vehicle and have service done. They know my name and remember me when I show up for a recall or service.

Very disappointed in the customer service. We purchased a vehicle there in February. Within the first month it needed brake work. The engine now has to be replaced. We understand that we purchased a used car as is and they have no responsibility in reimbursing us for any repairs. We have reached out to Dale Howard Auto Center to get information to try and make an educated decision on how to proceed. We were simply looking for the costs of replacing the car engine vs what we could get in trade in value towards a newer vehicle. No matter what we do. Fix it. Sale it. Trade it in. We will be loosing thousands of dollars and are trying to chose wisely. After speaking with the sales person we used at Dale Howard we were assured a return call. Five days later not a thing. Very disappointed that they have yet to return our call. A dealer we did NOT purchase the car from has tried very hard to work with us and figure things out.
