This happened at about 5 pm on a Friday and Lawson Auto Body was recommended by State Farm to replace the window. I called them to see if they could replace the glass while I was visiting for the weekend and while they didn't have the glass in stock, Brad took the time to stay open late just so I could drive down and he vaccumed up all of the glass and taped up the window so I could get back to the Twin Cities that weekend. He was also one of the nicest people that you could meet and he is exactly what a great customer service experience should be.
