I was diagnosed with an autoimmune condition about six years ago and although I have a relatively mild case it was definitely on my mind when I was out in the dating world. Not only were the sessions unhelpful, the counsellor was condescending. At one point when I briefly mentioned a past event, she leaned forward, shook her head, and said "and you bringing up the past, how does that help?" I was shocked by her response, and I said, "excuse me?", and she repeated the exact same words. We have since found a much better couples counsellor at another clinic. I would not recommend Jericho counselling.

It has the feeling of relaxation like a spa but the practitioners are very serious about your wellbeing. I had an appointment with Cary, whom I believe is the owner and she spent much more time going through point by point all of my medical intake form than I have ever experienced at an acupuncture studio. We talked in depth about all of my ailments and she gave some sound advice. The acupuncture session was pleasant and relaxing yet I felt energized after the treatment. Highly recommended if you want to get to the root cause of your illness.

You do have to walk down 10 steps and then up a couple steps of stairs to get to the outdoor sauna. I requested for it to be 0 degrees and they gladly put in a couple buckets of ice for me.
