We walked into Dale's at 5 pm on Thursday. We were not greeted by anyone. We cruised the bike inventory for 15 minutes and the clothing for 10 minutes before a clerk spoke to us. When asked if she had more sizes in the back she said no, their merchandise was pretty picked over. We made our selections and proceeded to the front. The cashier had to stop and check her email/text and share it with another employee half way through the transaction. Rude is the only description for this behavior. Their sign is clearly visible from the highway which is why we stopped. We will not repeat that mistake again. Shame on you for treating travelers so badly. read more
