BEWARE, THEY WILL STEAL YOUR BELONGINGS!!! My husband was working out of state in Idaho and rolled his truck and ended up in the hospital. Dales Rescue Towing came out and towed his truck back to their yard. The next day we went to the yard to get my husbands personal belongings and dig though the truck to salvage anything we could. The driver goes back up to his house and brings my husbands personal bag. We were confused as to why my husbands bag was in his house. He gave some stupid story about how he keeps peoples stuff safe in case it takes them awhile to pick it up. The tow yard is out in BFE, who is he keeping it safe from? He didn't take my husbands phone and wallet that was still in the truck and keep it safe. When we get home my husband starts to find things missing out of his bag. Over $1000 of personal property stolen. They are lucky we didn't file a report. Also while on the premises, the woman who supposedly owns it comes out and starts yelling at us and being rude instead of checking with the tow truck driver that we had already talked to him to get our personal belongings. If this guy shows up to tow your car, better get all your personal stuff first, because it will end up gone!! read more

Wes went above and beyond when helping me with my camper. I had an accident on the Selway River. The Jacks on my camper collapse and my truck camper ended up belly down in the dirt. On a Saturday, Wes Showed up on the Selway River to rescue me. With the first trip to the Selway, he was able to get me out of the dirt and to a different camp site for the night. He told me that he did not feel that the camper would be safe traveling any distance with the equipment he had. So with him not being equipped, he went back to Grangeville and came out Sunday to tow to Grangeville. At first, I consider Wes to be a bit of a hillbilly but I found him to be one of the most creative people I have had the opportunity to meet. He was very knowledgeable and when getting past his vernaculars, can be very interesting. He was able to figure out how to get my camper up on a trailer and also get it safely back to Grangeville until parts could be ordered and installed. Not only did he store my camper for 3 weeks and kept it safe from vandalism, he did not charge me for storage. After parts arrived he helped me install the new jacks and got me down the road. my son wrecked his car at 430 am. AAA was so hard to work with and they didn't get us a tow truck until they said at 10am. I went home and called AAA again at 10 since I had t heard from them. they assigned Dales Rescue Towing to me. I asked for a number to call as AAA couldn't even locate the area the car had been wrecked. when I called Dales he just had me text him the pinned location my son has sent me. finally at 11:40am (Dales did have to drive over 70 miles to get to me so he was really good at letting me know this) he showed up to get the car that was pretty wedged in a ditch. he got it out in no time was super nice to me and my son. once was back at my house he even put a different tire on the car for us so we didn't have to try to jack the car up since the rim was broke and a hack might not have even fit under the car. I was really impressed and hope if I have to use AAA again that they send him!!! read more

He came and picked up my boyfriend and I out by gospel peak and towed my car back to my house in Kamiah and everything was good until when it came time to pay, we were having some trouble running my card but I let him have my card info and told him if it did not work by Monday I'd call the bank and meet him in Grangeville. I checked my bank account Sunday and it said it went through but was pending, which is normal and can take a couple days to come through. He called me Monday wondering where I was, I told him I checked my bank and that it was pending so I wasn't worried about it, he freaked out on me saying that wasn't true and he was gunna send me to collections and I'd go to jail and a bunch of other empty threats. I called my bank and even had the lady call him to reassure him that it went through and might take a few days. I sent him a message with my bank snapshots and how I didn't appreciate him accusing me of not paying and how he was being unprofessional, I wasn't the nicest about it either, but he then responded with a threat that he would be waiting for me and my monkey boyfriend out in the parking lot, I ended up calling the police because he knows where I live and I have a small child, and you can never be too safe. I know people want and need to get paid, but that was a very, very unprofessional way to go about things and would not recommend him. read more

Driver had salty attitude. The guys needing the recovery did a lot if the digging away of snow and rigging of cables for the driver. Some damage to vehicle's wheels was incurred by it being pulled onto road sideways, driver denied the damage. Not a good experience with this company. Wes saved our vacation. Our Toyota broke down late evening near Grangeville and we were stuck. I called Dale's Rescue Towing following a google search. Over the phone Wes diagnosed what he believed to be the problem; we threw the serpentine belt. Wes promptly arrived and hauled us to his wrecking yard to take a closer look. Unfortunately, it was a broken water pump that threw the belt. Wes looked for parts in his wrecking yard and told us he could repair the van in the morning. He then drove us into town to get a hotel. The following day, Wes repaired our van. It was a big job that took most of the day. Wes assured us that we would be back on the road soon. He said that he only takes on jobs that he can guarantee a quality repair. When the job was complete, I was shocked at the low price that he charged. I tried to tip him, but he refused. Wes really cared about our family and well-being. We were able to continue our vacation and the van ran great. We can't thank Wes enough for all his help. 11:15 Last night while we were at the Drive in our car battery had died and we called Dales towing to get assistance, but we have AAA, we called them and told them we had talked to Dales and they were willing to come out but needed to put a work order in through AAA, AAA informed us that they had to go down a list of companies that contract with AAA and sent another company, out of courtesy we called Dales and let them know AAA had sent some one else out and thank you for the help, a lady that's "represents" Dales told my husband "thanks for having me wake my driver up for no reason". I'm sorry but that does not sound like someone who should advertise 24 hour services, especially is 11:15 is pushing it time wise. I will never recommend them. And I will do my due diligence to be sure that this company should not be providing service. I had two small children, my pregnant sister and it was very cold. With that said. Dales will definitely hear about me. Also when we called back to tell her how dissatisfied, she was a coward and kept answering and hanging up on us. Very professional right? If your stuck and need help and your family is as important to you as mine is to me. Do not call Dales they are rude and unprofessional. If your going to be in the business of "helping people" and helping them "around the clock" then shut the hell up and do your job. If you can't, go apply for a job where your shitty attitude is accepted, maybe frontier comm. or maybe Even the IRS. read more
