On the date he came and did the work, cleaned up, sent us a picture all while we were out of town. So nice to find somebody local who is professional and can be trusted. Called Dale's tree service three times,said he would get back to us,which did not,finally did said he would be to our house in half-hour, waited all day,finally called him, he stated that he had to get a new phone and going out of town? Why didn't he tell us he couldn't help us? Will never recommend this tree service again. There plenty of other tree services out there. So sad he did do a job for us before!!! read more

Wow! Dale's Tree Service sets the benchmark for difficult tree work getting done in a fast and efficient process. The talented master tree cutter and crane operator worked in tandem making it look like an art form. The setup crew took minutes to set and take down the equipment. I have to agree with Marie in her post below she put it perfectly, I had the same experience, should have looked hear first.

Marie doesn't know what she's talking about, used Dale several times and he does great work for a great price.

Owner horribly rude to me for no justifiable reason. Thought he was coming back the next day to finish a difficult limb. All he wanted to do was blame me for not telling him about the limb. I even complimented him on his work so far and reassured him I would pay extra for difficult limb. The next day, he gave me a hard time for just about anything he could think of. His employees were embarrassed. He apologized later for his behavior, but by then I was shaking and could have cared less how HE felt. I wouldn't recommend him to ANYONE. Worse customer service I have ever experienced. read more
