By far my favorite pizza place!! All of the employees are very friendly. He owner is amazing, takes pride in his work and makes sure you are HAPPY at all times. I'm a regular here and go at least once a week, my three year old loves to have pizza on Fridays. The Hot wings are by far the best and I'm addicted to them....once I placed a phone order and than I realized I didn't have my ATM card, so I called to cancel the order and the owner called me back right away to see if I wasn't happy. I was unsure about ordering from here because of some of the negative reviews but figured I'd give this location a try. I ordered an Italian sub, chicken parmigiana, and manicotti over the phone with a very nice and helpful girl. About 30 minutes later I get a call from the driver because he entered my address in his GPS incorrectly and was lost. I had to walk him thru finding my house. Me and my friend decided that we were hungry as the film we were watching, Young Guns, great movie by the way, played in front of our fairly opened eyes. I waited 30 minutes for them to call me and ask where I was. Where was I? Home. They said they would send out a fast delivery. It took about 30 minutes again. I've been getting pizza here since high school. Its been perfect every time except for 1 time but even then they remembered my order from the previous time and threw in an extra item the next time. Pasta has always been good as well, as far as wings, I've never had. I don't get the negative reviews, I get this isn't San Biagios(new York style) but Dalias is definitely better than pizza hut, dominos, papa johns, little Caesar's, and even round table for me. I originally went into Little Caesar's for a quick pepperoni pizza, but with it being 12/23, there's A LOT of people out! So, the wait was 25 minutes...I said 'nevermind'. Went into Dalia's since I live close and have wanted to try them anyways ($5.99 large pepperoni). Upon entering, the first thing I noticed was the smell! It just smelled like homemade, quality pizza to me. They were done in 10-15 minutes (not bad for a walk-in) and OH MY GOD this may have been the best pizza I've ever had. It definitely tastes homemade and just blows away any of the big chains...not even close. Those that've said to stick with Domino's, etc most definitely have no idea what quality tastes like. $1 more for this beauty than for a Little Caesar's mediocre pizza? Our family has been pretty loyal to Dalia's for several years now, always placing large orders for various group activities (band, dance, etc) and did the same today, ordering 4 XL pizzas (two cheese, two pepperoni). The employee told us the total was $58 and change. Huh?! I pointed out the XL pizza prices in the menu on the counter, and the employee took it from my hand and said "you can't use that one." I then pointed to the flyers they had on the counter advertising their BOGO Deal: buy one large or XL pizza at regular price and get one large pepperoni pizza for only $5. According to the menu on the back, a cheese or one item XL pizza is $10.99 which would bring our total to $31.98. The employee laughed and told us we were wrong, and asked us to read the advertisement to him, as if we were clearly misunderstanding the ad. I tried explaining to him in several ways, just how the pricing works in relation to what the ad says, and he kept laughing condescendingly and telling us we were wrong. He finally said that the price on the ad menu ($10.99) was not the price they charge for an XL cheese or one topping pizza, that the price in the computer was $13.99 and he couldn't change it. So we did what the rest of the city does: walked out and went to Little Caesar's. The pizza here is NOT worth $60 for four XL cheese pizzas, and it's absolutely not worth dealing with an employee with a smarmy, condescending attitude and a poor understanding of basic math, who seem to feel that the "bait and switch" technique is valid and reputable advertising. read more

Just ordered 3 pizzas for delivery to my work and got the $7.99 pizza special and was given a different total on the phone then I was charged when they delivered so I called to let the manager know that he needs to tell customers the actual price they are being charged (didnt give me the tax and delivery charge included in the price) and he told me well you should know that because you ordered from us before, VERY RUDE and HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL.
