I never leave bad reviews but I decided to this time because of how rude the customer service was when I called them today. I called to get a quote on car key replacements but the call quality was poor so I had to ask the representative to repeat what he said once or twice. The receptionist was very impatient and questioned my ability to speak English as a language. For example, when I asked for clarification on a quote, he said "if you listened to me and could understand English, I wouldn't need to repeat what I just said." As a native English speaker, this was quite jarring... I was shocked by how rude the service was and will definitely not be giving them my business. read more

Raz is awesome! When I first explained the problem we were having (a jammed lock on our front door) and asked him for an estimate, he told me to send him a video. He then called me back and gave me an estimate based on what he could see in the video. The estimate was consistent with what others had quoted, but I really appreciated his thoughtfulness in wanting to see a video before giving me an estimate. He also gave me a 10% discount for being a first-time customer who found him via Yelp. He arrived within an hour as promised and was very communicative, letting me know his ETA once he was on his way. He made quick work of the problem, offered various solutions, and waited patiently while I hunted for a door handle we'd purchased a while ago to see if it would work. Raz contacted me right away to follow up on my Yelp inquiry, and was out here in about 20 minutes to duplicate keys for me (self service kiosks made bum keys). Raz explained that the type of lock we have on our front door is high enough quality to be difficult to duplicate at a kiosk, and was able to help me out even though I stupidly lost the key between the time he called me and he arrived. I called in the evening and Raz answered immediately. He was familiar with the smart lock I needed help with and scheduled a time to come in the morning. He called to keep me apprised of his arrival time, was very polite, and got right to work. He was able to install my lock even though I had lost the proper screws. He sheared off the old ones so they fit perfectly. He worked hard to adjust the existing strike plate, so the lock opens and closes smoothly. Then, he calibrated it, using the app on my phone!
