Repaired it instantly and fixed an issue with our gate that prevented it from closing all the way . He worked quickly , efficiently and you could tell he knew his stuff. As he was leaving he asked if there was anything else ... there actually was .... A door issue in our shower the was preventing the knob for locking it in place . He too fixed that . I tried to set up a visit from 911 on a Wednesday. We tried to confirm the proposed time they asked us, never got a response. Hoping that they just weren't good communicators, we planned our work day for them to stop by. 8 hours after his proposed time, he calls back and says sorry we didn't set it up. He suggested that he will get someone out the next day between 12-2pm. Finally, the next day came and at 2:35pm I had to call them just to see if someone was coming. I was running late to an appointment, and decided to start getting ready. At 3:11pm, my doorbell rings, the technician claimed that he didn't get the assignment until "20 minutes ago". I told him no thanks, I have to run to my appointment I postponed just because they asked for 12-2pm. Long story short, 1 miscommunication is understandable, but 2 times, you just don't care about your customers. read more

I browsed the reviews on Yelp, then the individual companies' websites. 911 seemed like the right fit for me and for the tasks at hand. I booked my appointment on line. I LUV on line booking tools. Using their website, I selected my services and proceeded to the date/time screen. A pop up advisory stated the service window is a 3-hour block of time which begins at the appointment time selected. The advisory also stated a technician will call 30 minutes before arrival.....Bueno. Understood. Perfectly clear and concise. I wanted to ensure I selected the correct service option, and I had one additional human-being-type question, so I called the business before finalizing the appointment. I spoke with Ethel. She was very pleasant, but could not answer my questions. She informed me a technician was the correct person to answer my questions, and that once I booked an appointment, the technician would contact me. Bueno. I hung up with Ethel and began the online booking process again. Now..... in case you (or I) forgot since 2 paragraphs ago.....I selected my services, and once again, a pop up advisory stated the service window is a 3-hour block of time which begins at the appointment time selected, and the technician will call you 30 minutes before arrival. Translation, s/he will arrive sometime between 4:00 - 7:00 pm and will call me 30 min in advance. Full disclosure: There were some MAJOR issues with the appointment.....as in the appointment didn't happen! While waiting 5.5 hours, I called 911 twice to enquire about the status of the technician. The first call was placed at 6:50 pm. I was told my name is on the schedule, my info would be forwarded to dispatch and dispatch would reach out to me. The second call was placed at 9:30 pm. I never received a return/follow up call, and a technician never arrived. BUT......There IS light. After providing my thoughts and feedback about the (non?) transaction, I heard from Asher first thing the following day. Asher was professional, courteous and vested in making the situation right. We agreed to a service arrangement. Raymond was dispatched and provided first class service, completing the work by lunch. I am very satisfied with both the service AND the style of 911. The only reason I feel compelled to even mention the snafu is, IF YOU BOOK ON LINE, follow up with a phone call to ensure the on line booking system communicated your appointment to the scheduling system. Remember, if you call in to check the status of your appointment, your appointment WILL show up for the admin/customer service staff. Ask the admin staff to reach out to THE TECHNICIAN and have The Technician check his/her work assignments. This review is dated 12/5/21. The snafu may not be a problem in the future. I sincerely believe Asher will iron out any kinks soon. I would use them again. read more

Received a call within a minute after placing an RFQ. Set the appointment for next day even if it was a holiday. Had to contact them that same evening to change appointment time. Since it was Sunday evening I wasn't expecting anybody to pick up but they did! Next day technician Raymond called 15min before arrival. Very knowledgeable and professional. My smart lock was in place in 15min. I also had issues with my balcony and mail box lock. Thought since he's here I might as well ask. He fixed those as well! The team is great to work with, and everyone is friendly and professional. However, I had some issues with the installation process. The installer was significantly late for appointments on two consecutive days, which was frustrating. More concerning, the installer damaged both of my front doors during the installation. Their attempt to fix it was unsatisfactory, with loose and untidy patchwork that did not resolve the issue. While the customer service and communication were excellent, the quality of the installation itself was far below standards. I had to negotiate discount for sub-standard job. I would rather pay full price for a professional job than taking few bucks, as it is going to cost me significantly more to fix my door. read more
