BEWARE of this company !!! We contacted them and let them know that we weren't sure if our key was the issue because it kept saying to place key on start switch (look at picture for proof it says FRIDAY) they came and the car didn't start and he tried it again which showed the same as the picture and his excuse was cause he programmed the key and that's why the lights turned on etc which he didn't!! The car was already doing that before! My car is still saying to place key on start switch still ! What a scam A** company do not recommend at all ! I could have used that money with someone else money hungry company ! read more

I would NOT recommend this service. We were locked out of our home so we called several locksmiths in the area then this guy called and said he was dispatched. He arrived late in an unbranded vehicle (huge red flag) drilled both of our locks and charged us $633! when asked if I could talk to the place that has sent him he called a random number and was talking in another languague. HUGE scam!!! read more

I moved into a new house. The contact info I had for a company I had previously used was old. Somehow I ended up with this company and asked to have the locks rekeyed. When the guy got here, I had a lot going on and obviously didn't pay close enough attention. There was also a language barrier. We went over what I wanted which was to re-key all the locks. He asked me what color so I said gold as he put it. He then said he only had black and silver. I was a bit confused and pointed to what I thought he meant which was inside the lock, he nodded and I said silver was fine. I got busy and all the sudden realized he had taken off all my lever pulls and put on cheap door knobs. When I said no, I just wanted rekeyed, he said it couldn't be done. He got testy when I argued so I wanted him out of my house. He handed be a bill for $2200. He left all his trash and my greasy lock parts on all the carpets or floors, not picking up anything. A couple of days later, I took all my locks to another place to see if they could be rekeyed and yes, of course they could. I called this place back and after some convincing she found my information and said a manager would call me back. A week later that had not happened so I called again. This guy said he couldn't find me in the system and I kept after him, asking if they even had a manager. He hung up on me. I called back a couple of times and went to voicemail. Got the job done quickly once the tech finally showed up over an hour late. He didn't even contact me to tell me he'd be late. I had to call and ask where he was. When I originally called, I asked how much it would cost to come out and break open a cylinder lock before I agreed to hire him. Was quoted $120. Added on a $39 service call fee once he finally showed up, so was $172 after tax. Finally settled on $150 and then tried to charge an extra 4% for using a credit card, which was never disclosed. I don't like doing business with dishonest people. He knew I had been waiting on him and took advantage. Would never call this business again and don't recommend anyone else does either unless you want to pay more than what you're quoted. read more

Horrible service by Dallas area locksmith. Called for a service and I was told they will be arriving in 20 minutes. The technician arrived an hour and 45 minutes later and tried to charge me $200 for a service that he initially quoted for $60. I should have known then this is going to be a disaster and the guy was trying to pull a fast one. Being in a desperate situation I let him work on the lock and he started to destroy my door frame. He kept drilling new holes in the frame because he was not able to pin point where the correct spot to drill. I voiced my concern and he told me not to worry. After wrestling with the lock for another 20 minutes, he just hopped on his can and tried to leave! Asked him what the hell and he said another technician will come because he was late for his next appointment! Are you kidding me??
