It was quoted a tiny bit high but still around the competition (most quotes came out to $180-280), but was completed higher than competitors in the end. That being said, I don't know if the actual price from competitors would have been higher than their quotes. For transparency here, I paid a $65 service fee plus $55 per house lock. The mailbox was a higher charge at $125. I was quoted $200-300 (probably assuming 3 locks rather than the 4 I ended up needing); it came out to about $410 plus tax. The result is the same. I have a fully rekeyed home and mailbox. Service was excellent. The vehicle was well marked and the Johnny was very professional and easy to work with.

I called to get a quote on car key replacements but the call quality was poor so I had to ask the representative to repeat what he said once or twice. The receptionist was very impatient and questioned my ability to speak English as a language. For example, when I asked for clarification on a quote, he said "if you listened to me and could understand English, I wouldn't need to repeat what I just said." As a native English speaker, this was quite jarring... I was shocked by how rude the service was and will definitely not be giving them my business.

Months ago, the door's striker plate began hitting against the door's striker in such a way not to allow the latch to retract. Thus, the door would not close properly and banged against the door upon closing every time. I finally got around to taking a look at it and the installation was incredibly unprofessional. The striker was being held by two garbage metal pieces instead of a normal strike plate deadlatch. There is no excuse for this. I then called Ben, the owner/manager, and that was a condescending speech asking me why I waited so long to tell him. Bottom line and I'm sorry to say this, but I won't be going back and neither should you. I'm updating my review because I just spoke with the owner. He just read my review and told me the garbage pieces holding on my plate came with the lock. Yeah, right! He didn't like my review and said he doesn't want to do business with me in the future. Repaired it instantly and fixed an issue with our gate that prevented it from closing all the way . He worked quickly , efficiently and you could tell he knew his stuff. As he was leaving he asked if there was anything else ... there actually was .... A door issue in our shower the was preventing the knob for locking it in place . He too fixed that . He was in and out of there in 20 min or less with all 3 tasks . We are very grateful to his kindness , patience and professionalism. Will recommend them a million times over!!!

They have other staff, or partners, ready to roll 24 hours to your location to open your car, and make new keys. Or tow you home and help you get into your home! Jabo's ACE Hardware cuts keys at their Service Desk, but did not have the blank that I needed. ACE sent me to Michael's.
