This was a major issue but they have many more. For example it is impossible to get in touch with anyone and no one calls back when they say they will. I have asked five different times for them to send records to a different office and it has still not happened after two plus weeks. They do not have phone numbers for all of their different offices so you have to go through a system to get transferred but they made it nearly impossible to figure out extensions for all the different offices. The list goes on and on. The doctors may be good but their entire system, office management, and how they do things just isn't organized and they are flat out messy.

What a mistake. Expect to wait at least 30mins after the start of your appointment to be called back and expect to only see the doctor for 2mins. It really makes you and your concerns feel valued (sarcasm). From the start, the receptionist could have a better attitude and speak up because it's hard to hear her behind the glass when she's practically whispering. She's the first person you come in contact with so the impression should better. I have to give Dr. Ali credit for showing some compassion, but he needs to up his game when it comes to the concerns his patients make. If I say this medicine is exacerbating other issues, maybe prescribe something else instead of saying, "it shouldn't be doing that" and to just "hang in there." I was referred to an imaging center for an MRI and that was an even worse experience. All I can say is check your insurance. Make sure everything they do or recommend you get is cleared with your insurance BEFORE you get it done.

Dr. Tania (had to look at website to get his name, because he didn't bother to shake my hand,…read moreintroduce himself, or make eye contact ) Anyway doctor comes into room and starts asking questions. As I'm answering questions, doctor continues to talk over me, and constantly interrupting me. He tells me his going to have his nurse come in and do part one of the testing once nurse completes part one, he will come in and do the second part of the test. Nurse comes in sweet as can be, and does the test. She communicated each and every step as she is doing the testing. Nurse completed the test lets me know she going to let doctor know she's completed her portion of the test. Dr. Tania comes in and does part 2 of testing. After doctor completes part 2, he advices me that he's going to have his nurse come back in and do one more test. Both doctor and nurse come back in to room and doctor is explaining to nurse where the nerve they are looking for should be. At that moment I realize that was doctor was not listing to me prior to testing being done, I proceed to let doctor know again there is no nerve there is was surgically removed (surprised look on his face). Appointment is coming to an end and he tells me, I don't believe that you can't move your foot side to side, it's because of this (tells me what he believes issue is). Had Dr. Tania listened & reviewed my medical history, he would have seen that indeed I cannot move my foot from to side because there is hardware there that prevents me from doing so, bones have been fussed together. Doctor ask that I go to front desk to check out, as we both are walking out of the room doctor goes in to see his next patient. I go to front desk to check out, from desk staff advices that doctor has not completed his note and findings, I'm asked to have a seat as he completes his notes. 20 minutes later I go back up to front desk, and I'm told doctor is still working on report once again I'm asked to have a seat. I let them know that I can't wait any longer and I'll check the portal for report. I have been trying to get into portal with no success (I already have an account in portal) keeps telling me unable to locate account. I've tried calling, per usual no one answering the phone. For me this was a terrible experience that left me feeling as I wasted my time, I need to get a 2nd opinion, and a waste of money. I only gave a 1 star review because I could not post my review with giving a star rating. What wanted to give was 0 star review.

I want to start by saying that this review is an opinion based on my experiences with this office…read moreand the providers. I began seeing Dr. Din back in March because I started having seizures in January. The only testing they have done is 3 EEGs and a general cognitive assessment. No imaging. No blood work. I had asked Dr. Din to fill out some short term leave paperwork for my job as it is extremely hard to even concentrate these days after having seizures for so long. When I came to pick up the paperwork, Dr. Din wrote that it was perfectly fine for me to return to work and driving with no restrictions. That doesn't make a lot of sense to me since I have seizures almost daily that get worse in correlation with my hormonal cycles. I asked to speak with a provider because I was confused as to why the paperwork did not support my medical history. The nurse practitioner came into the room, extremely hostile with her voice raised almost the entire time she spoke to me. What was said basically was that this office has been doing me favors in fighting with insurance for EEGs and keeping me on my medications. All EEGs have been normal, so wouldn't a different test be ordered? Apparently not because EEGs are all they have the capability to do. I don't understand how an epilepsy specialist can only use EEGs for diagnosing seizures. The entire conversation felt so dismissive and I am SO disgusted to know this is how they would treat someone just trying to get answers. Now I have to continue to take off even more work in order to be admitted to a monitoring unit. Fingers crossed that it can be soon, because I will NOT be coming back here.

A 2-minute conversation! No explanation of what was being looked at or why. We asked as many questions as we could think of, considering we had no clue what to even ask, but he would give no explanation other than everything looks ok. He suggested medication not explaining what it was for (didn't seem like he knew either) and told us to just google it and decide if we wanted a prescription so he can send it in. Just a complete waste of time.

He doesn't have the God complex that many do and is humble enough to have me go to another neurologist for a 2nd opinion to see if they know of a treatment he hasn't thought of. Dr. Subei was brought in as a MS specialist. I have recommended both to many, especially in my monthly MS support group. He doesn't stop checking on his patient from time to time. He does all he can to make sure his patient is improving. The whole family loves him. Thank you always for everything and happy new year from our family to yours. I would give Dr. Al-Shareef stars!! He is very professional. We have been following up with him for one of my family members. He is the only doctor in the area who discovered the problem. We have been following up with so many doctors for no good results as if we are doing nothing. Dr. Al-Shareef knew about the issue through examining each and every part and through the MRI imaging. Now, since we knew about the main issue behind all this pain, the doctor explained the procedures and the solutions. He wanted to go step by step with all the medications before we end up doing the surgery. He is very professional and caring. He was able to give extra time and efforts. He cares about his patient. After my relative went back home, the doctor called him many times to check up on him and his health and the effects of the new medications. We will definitely continue with Dr. Al-Shareef because of many reasons. The main reason is his constant care. The location of the clinic is somehow far away from our home. However, we traveled all the way there just to continue with Dr. Al-Shareef. We are beyond blessed to find you! My father was blaming himself for not finding Dr. Al-Shareef from the beginning. I will keep updating my post to update you with the results. We are now happy to figure out the reason since we have been trying to know it since 2 years ago! Thank you Dr. Al-Shareef and all the team members at the clinic! They have very beautiful culture in this place. We found a very nice treatment, unlike other places.

His questions were not helpful in the purpose for the visit, which was to determine if further medical testing, or rehab, etc. was indicated. This appointment was not made for a psychiatric assessment or for psychiatric care. The appointment was made with the diagnosis already being delivered at the emergency room by the doctor on duty who recommended follow up care with a Neurologist to determine prognosis and course of action. Sadly, this emergency room doctor, who operates out of the same hospital, recommended Dr. Nguyen. The questions that were fired off in a 20-30 initial appointment which was intended to address a Radial Nerve Entrapment, were demeaning and appeared to be intended to shame and cast blame. "How far did you get in school?"; "Have you ever been abused?"; "What do you do for work?"; are a few examples. Since Dr. Nguyen was not acting in the role of Psychiatrist and was not prepared to offer any therapeutic component to aid the patient with the painful memories his questions triggered, then he was doing harm to the patient. All of this questioning plus a brief, minutes long physical assessment in which no further medical treatment was recommended, the injury would most likely heal on its own, was performed within less than 30 minutes. The patient was left reeling emotionally. I was a witness to all of this. I am 60 years old, a breast cancer survivor, abuse survivor, have 4 children, 2 of whom have congenital health issues. I have been to many doctors over the years for myself, my children and other family members. I have never had contact with anyone as reckless in his patient relationship, of course all under the guise of seeking information pertinent to the case. None of the information changed the initial diagnosis, projection for recovery from injury or any of the neurological concerns that the patient came to get help with. Even so, when the doctor gave the final paperwork, he listed the primary diagnosis as: 1.Childhood Abuse - 262.819(based on an affirmative head nod when the patient was asked if they had ever been abused) and 2. Mood Disorder - F39. So, the patient was given by this Neurologist a psychological diagnosis based on a few answers to verbal questions and a head nod. I have NO frame of reference for ANYTHING like this. I worry for the next vulnerable patient who happens to find themselves in Dr. Nguyen's examining room. I have a moral responsibility to warn others.
