From the moment we walked in those doors, most of the staff seriously lacked bedside manner. One of the nurses or nurse practitioners even snapped at the patient, which understandably upset her, and she was already scared and going through enough. This was even in front of the family, so she clearly didn't care at all how it would've felt from the other side of things. Additionally, the nurses and other staff were incredibly judgmental and lacked any real kindness in the ER, PICU, and third floor. I would strongly recommend to avoid the charge nurse named Susan on the third floor as she was incredibly hateful to the mother of the patient. Overall, the visit and following stay were hellacious and have left a horrible impression on all of us. I would not recommend this place at all at this point.

She's been my gynecologist for years and it's such a blessing that she will be there for my delivery. All of her staff have been a delight as well. There is a limit to how many deliveries can be taken each month which is great! The last doctor that delivered mine was overbooked and always so rushed, but not Dr Maas. She helped me through every question I had and explained thoroughly. I'm definitely more at ease with this pregnancy and not dreading my prenatal appointments.

For us this is a great way to start with a new doctor and stay for a very long time. The staff is very friendly. The wait time is minimal due to the few patients.
