Dr. Kirkpatrick does a great job providing a personalized plan to help correct problem areas, manage pain and maintain overall chiropractic health. I had a snowboarding incident about 15 years ago that later came back with builtup cartilidge and stiffness in my back - since going to the Dallas Wellness Center and receiving e-stem treatments and regular adjustments, I've been able to reduce the pain and flareups. Both Chiropractor's at Dallas Wellness Center are fantastic! There is never an issue with scheduling as their team can easily accommodate you whether it be traffic or a last minute meeting. The office makes you feel at home and therapy is always so relaxing. There are massage therapists in the office and although I haven't taken advantage of seeing one I hear they are very good and they stay consistently busy. Dr. Kirkpatrick and Dr. Stewart are great at making your adjustments comfortable and spend ample time discussing any concerns you may have. What a horrid situation this company has just put me in! Earlier this year I had a minor injury and began seeing Anna for a weekly medical massage. The chiropractor on duty would do an adjustment while I was there too usually. Adjustments never really did anything for me... but the people were pleasant and the massage was cheaper than most in Dallas when using my insurance coverage. One Saturday morning the office called to tell me Anna wouldn't be available & asked me if I wanted to reschedule. We couldn't find a time that worked for both Anna and I so I just cancelled the appointment all together. Soon there after I received a note in the mail that I must pay $40 co pay for not showing up to my appointment. Honestly I thought to myself I'm never going back to this place because it's not my fault my therapist suddenly wasn't available for my appointment & this bill should not be here. Today I get a call from a collections company demanding $50 for Dallas Wellness Center! Say what?? They opened collections for this? Amazing. Great, thanks. P.s. I'd much rather make the drive to knead med massage for better facilities, longer massages, better pricing, & customer service that doesn't try to screw people over. Stress is one of the things that deteriorates wellness but Dallas wellness center gifted me with the stress of collections over a bill I did NOT receive service for. They try to say I should've cancelled 24 hours prior, but I wasn't informed my therapist wouldn't be available until an hour before my appointment. read more

Basically the DWC is the best place for back pain management and preventative care. After throwing my back out in early 2013, I found Dr. Kirkpatrick and he quickly got me back to my normal levels of functioning through physical therapy and adjustments. Fast forward to December 2014 when I was involved in an auto accident, being struck by a drunk driver. I knew 100% where I was headed - The Dallas Wellness Center. They are helping me get back to pre-accident functioning. The whole staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. The front desk staff are great at working with your schedule to get you in when its most convenient for you. Lawrence is pretty much THE best massage therapist I have ever had. Dr. Kirkpatrick and Dr. Stewart are both excellent chiropractors - very involved, caring, and professional. I would highly recommend the DWC for anyone! read more

I've been going to the Dallas wellness center since early January after a drunk driver hit my wife and I. Doctor Kirkpatrick and his staff have not only done an excellent job working to help us recover physically, but also to help us navigate the often complicated world of insurance claims. When issues with the other person's insurance popped up they were patient and very understanding. Their concern was to get us healthy, and figure it the money later. Doctor Kirkpatrick himself is a great guy and very personable. Dr Stewart has helped me a few times and is excellent as well. Thomas, who helps you get set up in the back is always cool and we'll usually end up chattingal about something or other for a bit. The ladies at the front desk are awesome and always smiling when I walk in. They're very responsive over the phone and always willing to help. Once or twice I've missed or had to reschedule due to my hectic work schedule and they were very understanding and helped me set up new appointments asap. I was a consistent patient of this clinic for months and I had a great experience. However, my experience would be mired by an interaction with an office-worker, resulting in the following one-star review. I had a massage scheduled and they usually give a courtesy call the day before. I did not receive the call and had the mistaken view that the courtesy call was actually a confirmation call. Upon talking with the office, I understood my mistake and I was told I had to pay for the appointment that I missed, which I had no issue with. However, the nature of the conversation with the office-person felt demeaning. She did not want to talk about the situation or even have an honest conversation, instead, she would constantly demand that I pay. She hung up as soon as she got my payment information. That action alone, made me feel like she did not care - which matters in a clinic dependent on relationships with patients. Despite being a long-time patient, I was treated with disrespect and apathy. Therefore, with a heavy heart I move on to another chiropractor. If I had been treated with a shred of dignity, I would have remained a patient. read more

I tried VERY hard to like this place. The doctors are great, Stephanie at the front desk is a sheer delight but their masseuse situation is out of control. First I found a masseuse that I liked and on my third appointment with her she acted very unprofessional and I decided that we were not a good fit. I switched to a different one and she was great...until she quit. Then I came in one day only to find out that my masseuse was switched last minute and couldn't perform myofascial release, which is what I was coming for?! I kept at it and tried a third one. It was awesome... while it lasted... until I found out five minutes before my appointment that she had quit! TLDR: chiropractors are great, Stephanie at the front desk is a delight, if you don't care what masseuse you have the massages are great and affordable, especially through insurance. read more

I purchased a groupon on April 8th and made the appointment that day. They seem to be very busy as the next open Saturday was May 23rd. May 22nd rolls around and I have been looking forward to the massage the entire time. I call to confirm the appointment and to my surprise, I'm in their system but no appointment at all. I rescheduled the appointment for May 30th. To be continued... Update: My initial appointment for the 23rd was for 11:00AM. When I rescheduled, I kept the time of 11:00AM. I received my confirmation call and they inform me the appointment is at 10:00AM. They can not move it to 11:00AM because it's already booked. To be continued... Update: Both times when I made the appointment, I requested a female however I received a male. The massage was great and Lawrence was amazing. The pressure was perfect and he asked me few times if I was comfortable with the pressure. I would give Lawrence 5 stars and the scheduling staff 1 star. read more

5 stars! If you are looking for a Chiropractor in Dallas, then I can't recommend Dallas Wellness Center enough! I came to DWC after a car accident left me with severe neck pain. Dr. Stewart created a recovery plan for me - which included chiropractic adjustments, physical therapy, spinal decompression, and massage therapy (all done in-office). The combined treatment greatly reduced my neck pain and improved by quality of life in a huge way. I don't normally advocate for doctors, but Dr. Stewart is awesome, has a great energy, and really cares about his patients. 100% recommend!
