Beware they are not at all flexible or have any regard for you and what you might be going through. I was very excited about my very first appointment (with Jake) and had been looking forward to it all week since I have not done anything like this for myself since giving birth. I am a stay at home mom and at the complete mercy of my mother in law to watch my toddler for me so I can actually get out of the house and do anything for myself during the week. Right before she was scheduled to come take care of my daughter so that I could go she called me saying she had been exposed to relatives with Covid and rather than risk getting my daughter sick she thought it would be better to stay home. I called their office at 11a (my appointment was at 2pm) as soon as I found out to see if it was at all possible to reschedule for a later day or time and Candace the office manager tells me just to bring her. Umm.. anyone with a toddler knows they're not cool right now. I can barely get her to sit in a shopping cart at a grocery store let alone a doctors office where she won't have my full attention on her. This would have been a miserable experience for everyone involved. So then I asked again to see if there is anyway I could just reschedule and not be charged $150 for the cancellation and she said no and I was charged $150. I am pretty reasonable and I understand service providers have policies for a reason, but I also know many service providers who are a lot more considerate of you and understand things come up. Especially if you're new and don't take advantage. And usually they end up with long time customers because of it. Again, this would have been my first time and it was more important for them to charge me $150 then it was for them to consider my situation and gain a potentially loyal customer. read more

Knowledgeable, warm, welcoming and straightforward. Tiffany works the front desk and you can tell she is a people person! She just finds what to talk about so easily. She is great at what she does. Dr. Browning...I don't even know what to say about her. Her aura glows. You can tell she does this because she knows the body and she knows her purpose in people's healing. She read my issues right away (after a discussion of course and she read through their extensive questionnaire that you fill out before your appointment), and got to the adjustment. I left there feeling like a million bucks. All of the pops make me nervous, but we both knew I needed that after a year of not having adjustments. Well Adjusted Saw the sign go up on this space and thought, I do need to find a chiropractor, but wasn't sure if they had opened yet. Next day I was driving by again post workout, and saw someone in the window. Something told me to pull over, so I did. And SO glad I did! I walked in and Dr. Browning greeted me. She told me she just opened 4 days ago. We talked about how she operates, her philosophy, and a bit about what I was looking for. After taking in the feel/vibe of the place (quintessentially OC, at it's best) and getting a good and warm feel from her I asked when I could come in for an adjustment. Lucky me, she could see me right then! She has a great touch. Not too aggressive, but firm and capable. Did one adjustment on me that only one other chiropractor has ever been able to do on me successfully; and she nailed it on the first try! This isn't a clinic type environment, and thank goodness, but also not too new-agey. I think the name sums it up pretty well. I feel great. Found my new chiropractor!
