Buyer BEWARE!! They told me they could replace my water heater the same night if I dealt with them…read moredirect and would send a technician out to give me an estimate. I agreed to this and when the technician arrived, I had placed calls to the HW company and they told me that if the water heater was defective, regardless of age, they would approve a replacement. The technician, as soon as I said I wanted to file a claim began telling me lies related to the claim process. He said that the HW company would "Take 6-8 hours to approve the claim and therefore I would not be serviced until Monday, but they could replace mine tonight if I purchased from the direct". This was a LIE! I had already received confirmation that once this company submitted the information they would approve the claim within 15-30 min.
