The photo department, passport photo service was effortless and efficient, I believe it may have been a manager who was carrying big valentine bouquets in the store, greeting folks as they enter with a big smile! In the pharmacy team? Absolutely amazing, given the amount of customers both at the counter, drive-through and on the phone! I just got off the phone with a Ms. Ebony, who brightened my day. It was so accommodating with assistance to delivery questions! Please don't be put off by others low ratings, and support your local Walgreens and complement their team when given opportunity!

They do not back up their warranties for anything . They try to send you on Wild Goose chases saying they'll work with you then and then that backing it up . When they came out for the remote not working they replaced it to not even test it for the issue to still be on going . After first-hand viewing hand viewing as well as video and audio being brought in they still take no responsibility of the lift/bracket issues . After 6-8 months of being jerked around and the manufacturer being upset that nothing was done through the manufacturer just had the entire metal framework replaced as well as the Box the controller hooks up to . The manufacturer saying Alpine should have taken care of all this . Tried being nice and working with these people forever just for them to continuously blow off responsibility . I was recommended Rapid Rehab by another medical supply store that did not have the walker my…read morehusband needed. The walker was ordered and approved by his insurance. I spoke with Brooke on the phone who helped me and told her I would be in to pick it up soon because he just came home from hospital and would need this at home. At arriving at Rapid Rehab I was told my husband had to be there to sign and fitted for walker. This was never told to me during my many conversations with Brooke. Jodi and Jessica both told me they assumed I knew he needed to come to sign. It was very difficult sending email for my husband to sign as he a cancer patient was just discharged a day ago from hospital stay. He will probably need a wheelchair at sometime and I will not come back to Rapid Rehab and I will share this horrible experience with my insurance and Lacrosse Mayo Hospital and Rochester Mayo Hospital.
