Left with a colour not even remotely close to what I asked for and my cut is absolutely terrible. One side is longer than the other, no texturizing. I look like a 9 year old who's mom cut their hair on the first day of school. I notified Sara how awful my hair is and she will not compensate me at all. I gave her 200 dollars to look like this. I have to wear it back and let it grow for months until I can get it fixed. Huge waste of money and she destroyed my hair.

The staff at this dental office always goes above and beyond to make sure that I get appointments at times that work for my schedule, they give their office a cozy feel, the receptionists are nice to talk to and don't act like they're too busy to chit chat... and I really do trust Dr. Caroline! She is personable and not judgmental when I say I've forgotten to floss.. like other dentists who make you feel bad about it! I had a very bad abscess in the back of my mouth and we got x-rays and she said it wasn't that bad then I began to faint on a regular basis and we went to a different dentist and found out I was fainting because of the tooth that she said we didn't have to worry about and so I ended up going in to the new dentist for a root canal but they couldn't save the tooth so I had to get it pulled. If she would have done something when we got those x-rays I would still have that tooth and wouldn't of been in so much pain.
