Later that week, I received confirmation from the IRS that my SSN had been stolen and someone else had filed a tax return with my SSN. Spinner & Spinner did not offer any help to fix my stolen identity. Spinner & Spinner did not offer to pay for LifeLock or any other monitoring services. Spinner & Spinner never told me if any information was taken (SSN, birth date, bank account numbers, financial numbers, etc.) Spinner & Spinner left me to fix the problem by myself, and my own expense.

They call me on October…read more15 saying my taxes are done, I sign electronically but I also have to pay, and if I don't pay by midnight, I will be subject to fines. For 6 months they had my taxes!! My wife says why so last minute and they blamed ME!! Saying they couldn't get a hold of me for 5 days, which is total bullshit! My phone is always on. The receptionist that was there was rude and obnoxious to my wife. I would never go back there.
