Immediately upon entering, I was greeted by the front desk representative whose name was "Rose". And, she welcomed me with a friendly "hello" and a "smile'. From there, I explained why I stopped in and Rose was extremely professional, kind, attentive and outgoing & began going over what window tinting options they offered. After going through my options, Rose asked when I was looking to get the tint work done and I asked her if I needed to make an appointment in advance since I just walked-in off the street. It was then she asked me if I'd be interested in getting it done right away since I was already there? At first, I was shocked that they had an opening available. Shortly afterwards, Rose's manager (Ian) came out the shop and confirmed that it would only take an hour to get everything completed. So, I said sure, let's get it done! Honestly, I can say that the entire job only took roughly 45 minutes and I was thoroughly impressed! When they pulled my truck out the bay and brought it around to the front of the store, I was extremely pleased. This was my first time going to Tint World and they were EXCELLENT! When I brought the car in they told me they would not honor the sale, even though it was still posted on their website. I ended up still getting the car tinted there because I already waited a few weeks for the appointment. I was excited about using them cause I had seen the owner's car before…read more I had a hard time finding the place because I don't really know the area and no one tells you that it's in what looks like the back of a truck depot or warehouse. One of the guys met me in a nearby shopping center to have me follow him. He was running yellow lights, speeding and moving recklessly as if I wasn't right behind him. Got the car tinted and three days later came across all these spots where I didn't dry correctly. My front driver tent was off by nearly a half an inch. Brought it back and they redid it and it's better, but I still have two windows that aren't flush and spots even after the curing period. I even pointed one of the windows out before I left that and I was assured that it was fine. Also I noticed a dent on my roof that wasn't there before. I had only had the car for two weeks at that point! So I won't be doing that again
