Hey, I'll be totally honest here. I was nervous as hell getting this car ceramic coated. When I acquired this car only a few weeks ago, it was only 1of2 2015 BMW 535D M-Sport (CPO) for sale in the country. Maybe not a big deal for the Ferrari and Lamborghini owners that Mike has worked with, but I spent 3 months searching across the country for this car and its been my dream car to own for several years. I researched, (way more then I care to admit), before and after getting the car, on the entire ceramic coating process. I watched video's on youtube, read reviews on the products, comparisons, pro's and cons. The cost is no joke. It's not only a financial investment, but it's also a commitment that you will maintain the cars paint with the same level of attention to detail that Mike certainly spends on the cars he works on. At least thats how I look at it. The coating makes this more of a labor of love, as everything becomes easier to clean. That includes the glass and wheels. This car was in pretty good shape when I drove it into Mike's shop. But when I picked it up, I kid you not, it looked like it just came out of the showroom. I was staring at a 3 year old car that looked brand new. Mike's obsessive OCD like, attention to detail clearly shows in the final product he delivers. Of course it was raining when I drove it home, but that gave me more of an appreciation for the coating as I watching the water bead up like crazy and just roll off the car. It kept me smiling like an idiot all the way home. Then I parked it in the garage and took my microfiber drying towel and proceeded to wipe down the most amazing finish I have ever worked on. It was literally like polished glass. I can't explain how happy I am. I keep walking down and looking in the garage shaking my head at the results. There might be cheaper places to get this done, but if your making the investment you might as well get it done by the best. Thanks for the stellar job Mike. I first heard of Berardi's through their Facebook page. I had purchased my first new car, and wanted something to maintain a showroom shine. I saw multiple high end cars posted to the page, with many of them having a ceramic coating added to the body of the vehicle. I was torn between the coating, a clear bra, or both. Ultimately, I decided on three layers of the ceramic coating. Prior to the process, my car was meticulously detailed and paint corrected. This process was done almost two years ago at this point, and the car still has a great shine, with dirt and debris still being relatively easy to wash off. As part of the service, Mike also told me to bring the car back if the coating incurred any minor damage, and that he would be happy to take care of it. I got my windows tinted not too long after, and another great job. A couple of weeks ago a cart ran into my car at a big box retailer parking lot. My rear bumper suffered a dent and several scratches. Mike and his team were able to perform paintless dent repair on the plastic bumper, which anyone can google and see that it can be a very difficult job on plastic as opposed to the metal surfaces of the car. I didn't want my rear bumper painted on an otherwise flawless car, and Mike was able to take care of my request. I first started using Berardi's Auto Detailing about five years ago. I have referred all of my clients, friends, and family to Berardi's. My first experience was my FORD SUV which was tinted flawlessly. I was so happy with the experience, that I got a full detail a week later, and couldn't believe the attention to detail and how clean it got. He even did the headliner and made it look showroom new. I then used Berardi's for my Mercedes-Benz E350 sedan for tint and all of my other detail needs. Now, I recommend him for any job. The timing, meticulous work, and excellent lines of communication are all reasons why I use his shop. He gets a 10 out of 10! PS- not sure why Robin T. wrote a poor review. Based on the review, It appears that you didn't even use his services. A top notch service should cost twice as much as a a chop shop vendor. That review was "laughable" . I was looking to have ceramic coating done for my truck and rims. I went around to every facility within a 1 hour drive from my area. Upon checking each out, I found most had kids doing the ceramic coating or the process was being done in areas that were dirty or not isolated in its own clean bay. I spend a tremendous amount of time vetting local shops. Berardi's was clean, presentable, and isolated bay for ceramic coating. Mike was friendly, and professional. I even looked at his feedback that customers left. I realized I was in good hands. After Ceramic coating was finished. It looked amazing. They finished sooner then we anticipated. Mike and the Berardi team did an outstanding job! My wife surprised me with an appointment to get my Nardo Grey A6 ceramic coated and detailed. I didn't think it was possible for the color to look any better but the ceramic coating made it truly pop. Mike was awesome from start to finish. He greeted me as soon as I pulled up anticipating my arrival. He gave the car a once over and went over in detail what the procedure entails. He quoted roughly 3 days and was done in 2. The major thing lacking in car detailing services in our area is communication. Most places try to make you feel like they are doing you a favor taking your money, then doing a poor job - then blaming you. If they can fit you into their schedule at all. And if they pick up the phone at all. Not at Berardi's. Mike's team is on point, doing a professional job, and leaving nothing to chance. There were no extra pieces of tint on the floor, there was no bubbling on the clear bra, and there were not strange scratches on my cars after a top notch ceramic coating. And it was done on time. Berardi detailed 2 Volvos for us, and they applied ceramic coating to our new Mercedes GLC. The photos are representative of the excellent work and service that Mike provides his customers. Additionally Berardi expertly tinted one of the Volvos (all windows) and the GLC (front driver and passenger windows. They even matched the factory tint that came with the GLC's rear and back seat windows. My Equinox was a mess. For my job I drive around Phil PA and between an occasional meal in the car, to bringing the dog to the park, to getting in with dirty shoes, my car had seen it it all. The backseat had some stain spots...."oh well, guess they'll just be there." A few hours at Berardis and EVERYTHING was cleaned...spotless....couldn't even tell there was a spot. WHAT A GREAT EXPERIENCE AND GREAT OWNER Took in 2011 Honda Pilot with paint that felt like sandpaper and was really dull .I met with the owner Mike who explained in a clear and concise manner what the problem was with the finish of the paint and the process too bring back the finish. First time got my car windows tinted professionally. I was surprised that it took only about one hour and a half to get all my 2015 Legacy's windows plus windshield Strip done. So far I'm very please with the way it look but just have to wait and see it some of the bubbles are going to disappear or not. Loved this place! They were clear about the pricing, the time the car would be done and flexible with drop-off and pick up. The cleaned my car up PERFECTLY! It made my 2005 BMW x3 shine like it was new and the carpet was cleaned up beautifully. The car was a mess too from dogs and road trips I never thought I'd see it look so nice- thank you! Mike was tremendously accommodating with scheduling appointment and offering options. I've had my car detailed twice and now had window tinting and he was able to get me in within a week each time. Yes, a little pricey, but Mike offers several options at different price levels and the products and service are well worth the cost. They work miracles ! I leased a car with lighter gray interior (bad decision considering I can't keep my car clean and also have a big dog). With that being said, my seats were stained and I had a lot of crumbs and gravel in my car.
