I have been seeing Dr Shannon Carpenter for around 6 years or so. She was recommended to me by a…read morefriend. There are times when I need to go several times a week and then I can go a year before I need to make an appointment. The place is always clean, employees are always friendly and when scheduling an appointment either by phone or when you're there for your appointment there is always an opening that isn't so far out in the future you feel forgotten about. Dr Carpenter is very good about listening to the patient and working with you on your issues/problems. Insurance is accepted but they will also take patients without insurance. Obviously payment be it with or without insurance is expected when services are rendered. I used to be one of those who scoffed at chiropractors but since going I have become an advocate IF you find the right one. I will continue to recommend Dr Carpenter to anyone who asks.

As for the doctor himself, I did not feel safe in his hands and as someone who has been to chiropractors most of my childhood into my young adult years, this was the most scary, and most frustrating experience I've ever had. sharp objects brought to my face with no explanation of what they were, and when I took this to the better business bureau and dropped off documents explaining how records are to be released in Wisconsin, I was told that a patient's ignorance of his services is not the Doctors fault. maybe the Dr. and my personalities just clash, but as someone who is open to trying new things, I would absolutely NEVER recommend this chiro to someone I care for. Maybe someone I don't like very much...but even then I would be hesitant. My Google review has all the documentation if you wish to see more information on this matter.
