Dr. S attempted to help me, but I found the appointment…read more(first and only appointment) was rushed even though there was no one else at the office, the front desk lady was very rude (now they have new front desk staff who are incredibly kind and helpful even while I was upset, the young man there was very kind. but he is a relative to the Dr. and I can see he has had to deal with the Dr. personality and cleaning up his messes for a long time. the young man behind the front desk has my respect and I understand where he has been as I have had to clean up messes made by ignorant and hurtful personalities also.) As for the doctor himself, I did not feel safe in his hands and as someone who has been to chiropractors most of my childhood into my young adult years, this was the most scary, and most frustrating experience I've ever had. sharp objects brought to my face with no explanation of what they were, and when I took this to the better business bureau and dropped off documents explaining how records are to be released in Wisconsin, I was told that a patient's ignorance of his services is not the Doctors fault. maybe the Dr. and my personalities just clash, but as someone who is open to trying new things, I would absolutely NEVER recommend this chiro to someone I care for. Maybe someone I don't like very much...but even then I would be hesitant. My Google review has all the documentation if you wish to see more information on this matter. I hope the Dr. has adjusted his bedside manner and grown from this experience rather than create more uncomfortable situations for clients. We will just have to wait and see.

If I have ever needed lab work or an x-ray the wait times have been short and results are available to me quickly either in person, by phone or online. If my primary Doctor isn't available, there is a good team of other medical types there to help. I've seen several of the nurse practitioners and a PA, and they've been excellent and patient as well. I can see why this clinic is always busy.

1st visit to Edgerton hospital pain and spine center. Arrived 10min. early to check in. Waited…read moreabout 25-35 minutes in the waiting area. Was taken back but the staff definitely wanted to head out as a thunderstorm was on its way and they were closing early. So we are already on a get out the door kind of appointment. We start my appointment and the exam room looks like a used car lot but for nerve stimulators. Well can you guess what they want to "sell" every patient...... yep that's right, they are pushing stimulators like they use to push opioids. YIKES! This is exactly why I left the last pain clinic. Well now the Dr and I are talking and they are not prepared for me, they don't have all of my medical history but are working on getting it. (They called me and scheduled this appointment, if they didn't have my info they should have rescheduled) This man didn't have my prior info, didn't do an exam, and wanted to tell me a medical condition I've had for over 10ths I probably don't have (wtf) and that a stim is probably my best option but he can see I have ptsd around them so I should just see behavioral health & PT and it's really all in n my head. I was aghast. My husband doesn't think I should go back but tbh I am here for medical care and I will attempt another appointment or 2 to see if things get better.
