Today, I called the same store and spoke with Jake about a dopp kit I wanted to get. He was amazing as well, to say the least, treated me like family and rung me up as if I were in store, and is overnighting me a new Dopp kit to replace one I've had for over a decade. I'll never stop doing business with Lucchese, as all I've gotten is superb treatment. From the store in Charlotte, to a few of them in Fort Worth and Dallas and now, my amazing interactions with Bozeman, sells me on their brand and quality of service.
