I absolutely loved their collection of locally made items, including candles, teas, kitchen necessities, unique decor pieces, jewelry, and clothing. This is the perfect spot if you're on the hunt for a gift or even a souvenir for yourself. I specifically loved that they had items from the brand 'Ski Like a Girl.' Ordered a Christmas gift for my Mother in Law. It never showed up. The owner said she sent me an email which is untrue, and that a refund was issued. Unfortunately, I will not receive the refund before Christmas and am very unhappy. When you order things you expect them to either show up, or something similar offered in it's place. That was not done either. I really loved shopping at this location, but due to lack of customer service, I will be taking my business elsewhere. read more

Visited Montana in April, and just happened upon Heyday. My husband couldn't get me out of the store! There's so much to see and so well curated. You can find gifts, things for yourself, your pets, your kids/grandkids. The jewelry was beautiful, the candles smelled divine. I ended up purchasing a handbag, that unfortunately didn't last very long. The snap closures ripped through the interior lining. Reached out to the manufacturer (Joy Susan) who *couldn't* do anything for me- said to reach out to the store. Wasn't expecting much, but the store was completely accommodating and made things right. It's refreshing to have a store that stands by their products. I can't want to travel back to Bozeman and visit HeyDay. You won't regret going in there! read more

HEYDAY WHAT HAPPENED?! Darling store that used to be so classy. Shocked. Dismayed. So many items like cups, mugs, candles and notebooks, journals and books that had the F BOMB all over them. So offensive and disgusting. I asked the young lady at the cash register to let management know that as a client I thought it was tasteless and brutal. She said "It's not for everyone". Wow. Poor customer relations training. Her response should have been, "Thank you for your input, I will be sure to relay it to the manager". I found the locally made jewelry I was looking for for my daughter-in-law, which was then beautifully gift wrapped when I told the sales woman that it was a gift. This is a super cute, beautifully organized shop with many high quality items. However, the customer service seems to have dissipated from what it once was a couple years ago. When I visited there were two women working and I was the only customer. Neither one ever acknowledged me. No hello, no smiles in my direction, no "can I help you find anything?" When I eventually left, I did not receive a goodbye either. The whole atmosphere felt cold and unwelcoming, which is unfortunate. I definitely recommend that they invest in a refreshment course on customer service. read more

Heyday is by far my favorite place to shop in Bozeman. It's at the top of my list for fun, unique gifts for truly anyone you might be shopping for. I never leave empty handed and can't help but pick up something for myself when I wander in. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful and offer gift wrapping free of cost. I had been eyeing a necklace for months and finally gave in and bought it. I was mortified when I went home and couldn't find the necklace anywhere. After frantically searching, I returned in a panic hoping I left it on the counter or dropped it by accident. To my surprise, they promised to either find the one I bought or replace it with another. I realize most other places would sum it up to my own carelessness but they truly went the extra mile and I'm so grateful. Cant say enough wonderful things about the staff and their commitment to their customers. I never hesitate to recommend this to friends and bring in visitors. Go take a look!
