I needed to get a second opinion and was referred by a friend. The experience from the time I arrived at the office to my diagnosis and treatment was nothing short of awesome. The entire team that supports Dr Howitt makes you feel confident and welcome ! The most important thing I experienced was Dr Howitt and his wife Elena's generosity to the community. They serve the community in a very meaningful way. I decided to call them, and now I learned they had move and the worst , they had gave me the appointment in Delray Beach, even that we live in the Halandale area. Now I was already late 30 minutes for the appointment and I asked them if I was going now to the new location, as I was just around the corner from them. If they would see the patient . They said no, make an other appointment. So I did, and again as I arrived in 15 minutes before the new time, I sat there one and half hour before being call to see the doctor. They called me to say they couldn't do 4pm today but had 3pm. I mentioned that we had messed up and apologized for the missed appointment and the receptionist said don't worry. We showed up and the same receptionist wanted us to now pay a cancellation fee. I asked why he didn't tell me that on the phone and he started yelling at us about their policy with quite a negative attitude. I asked to see the doctor and she came out yelling along with him. For me that's not good customer service at all and so we left. I'd like to mention this is an elderly lady who used to be a surgeon who did seem nice the first few times and we kinda went back to her because we felt bad for her. But not with that crazed attitude!
