I needed to get a second opinion and was referred by a friend. The experience from the time I arrived at the office to my diagnosis and treatment was nothing short of awesome. As you enter in the back of the building, the elevator and stairs are right there. I'm here for a fibroscan with Dr. Bloom/Dr.Bassan on the 3rd floor. It is a nice comfortable office with a waiting room where they specialize in scans of the body with the latest technology. The staff were very nice, caring and helpful. The elevator is small and holds about 4 people. Everything looks clean and tidy in the building. They have really nice wall artwork on the 3rd floor. They are located not far from the Walmart Supermarket, same side of the street.

They called me to say they couldn't do 4pm today but had 3pm. I mentioned that we had messed up and apologized for the missed appointment and the receptionist said don't worry. We showed up and the same receptionist wanted us to now pay a cancellation fee. I asked why he didn't tell me that on the phone and he started yelling at us about their policy with quite a negative attitude. I asked to see the doctor and she came out yelling along with him. For me that's not good customer service at all and so we left. I'd like to mention this is an elderly lady who used to be a surgeon who did seem nice the first few times and we kinda went back to her because we felt bad for her. But not with that crazed attitude!
