HORRIBLE!!!!!my cousin who is 9 was scheduled for a couple appt ahead of time by her mother who…read morepassed away and we had to find placement for her which means we are unaware of here appts. when we found out we tried to schedule and inform them of what was going on and why she missed those appointment. they lacked compassion for the child and refused to accommodate and told her she wasn't able to return. she has been through so many changes and was comfortable with them. however the way they treated her and not care or show empathy was very disheartening. i tried for myself and unfortunately i had a accident the day of my appointment and had to reschedule. i was told my new appointment was at 940 while preparing to go i get a call at 907 that i missed my appointment and they will not be able to see me EVER! the office manager was EXTREMELY RUDE. she didn't care to try and understand the miscommunication or try to be accommodating. The decision was solely hers based off what she said and she could careless to what happened she will not be seeing me in their office. i was definitely confused because of the tone and hostility in her voice. she spoke to me as if i was illiterate because i was trying to understand why she was refusing to see me because i had to reschedule. i'm happy there are people who have had different experiences but mines was far from theirs and i'm hurt and disappointed. Based on that representation, I paid a $137 consultation fee and drove 45 minutes to the appointment. I did not receive what was promised. Dr. Scallion provided only the restorative portion of the plan ($27,100). I was then told the surgical fee -- which would be performed by a completely separate, independent provider (Dr. Burnett) -- would need to be obtained on my own, and would require an additional paid consultation at that office. This two-office billing arrangement was never disclosed before I paid. When I requested a refund based on the broken promise, I was told the consultation "was provided" and no refund would be issued. I contacted over 40 providers during this process. This was the only one that misrepresented what the consultation fee would deliver. Proceed with caution -- ask specifically whether surgery and restorative are billed by the same practice before paying any fee.

He also took my lower partial, I previously had and altered it without my permission, it no longer fits in my mouth. No other dentist will fix this tooth. This is how he treats the elderly. I do not recommend this dentist. This work started in Jan, 2025. It's now May. No calls from him or his office. It shows a lack of caring about me. Medicare's Dental program only allows crowns every 5 years. Worst dentist I've ever dealt with.

The office staff are helpful and friendly, the hygienists are gentle (proving what I've always suspected - that savaging someone's gums is not an integral part of teeth-cleaning), and Dr. Cruse is a hoot. I have sensitive teeth and my former dentists have always had to give me more than one dose of Novocaine before starting in on any procedures. Not only does Dr. Cruse not have to use more than one dose - presumably because he's hitting exactly the right nerve the first time - but he's also the only dentist I've ever had who can administer Novocaine painlessly. Since becoming a patient here, I've referred several friends to the practice and they all love it!
