This is the most incompetent banking company I've ever worked with when it comes to home loans…read more When I first put my application in for my home loan which was approved, they dragged their feet so long on appraisals that I had to reapply for the home loan that I already was approved for months prior. Getting any of them to call you back as a true chore in itself. They are not set up in any way for external payments which any other banking facility is capable of. I wish I would've never have chosen this Bank for my home loan. I had the same issues when I had my motorcycle loan with them as well. Thankfully, I was able to pay that motorcycle off loan relatively quick and I'll never be back to this bank going forward. I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere for loans or any kind or for any banking that you choose to do. If I could give them a zero I would.
