He took my thoughts and ideas and immediately came back with detailed costs and timeframe, and provided his own helpful input that made my original plan even better. He walked around with me as I told him what I wanted to do as far as paint options, etc., took the time to listen carefully, and then gave me his best professional recommendation before passing the job onto the job supervisor and paint company he referred me to. Excellent communication and follow up from Jeramy throughout the process - very pleased and we've gotten a ton of compliments. Highly recommend!

The finished product looks good and the crew cleaned up well. On the last day of the job, Eaton's crew punctured my HVAC refrigerant line with a nail. Their own finishing inspector confirmed this on-site, and both he and Adam initially agreed Eaton would cover repairs. The line drained refrigerant and burned out my compressor. I replaced the unit for $15,000 rather than repair it, since it already had separate vibration and fan issues. I told Adam upfront I didn't expect Eaton to pay for the full replacement--just to offset what the damage itself would have cost to fix. Adam refused. He cycled through different reasons Eaton shouldn't pay: code issues, the HVAC contractor's liability, general disclaimers of responsibility. He also accused me of being late on Eaton's deposit; I checked my bank records and gave him the exact date Eaton cashed that check. He apologized for that, then mentioned that Eaton usually pays around $500 toward repairs in situations like this. When I asked if Eaton would submit the claim to their own insurer, Adam said they don't submit claims like this to their insurer. He then stopped responding for close to two months. The next contact was an invoice for my final balance--no mention of the damage, no adjustment. I submitted the claim to my own insurer. They assessed the cost attributable to Eaton's damage (line repair and compressor replacement) at just under $5,000. That's ten times what Adam suggested was typical. The crew, the sales process, and the finished roof were all good. My complaint is with how Eaton, through Adam, handled a problem they caused, admitted to, and initially said they'd fix.

The siding has been through a few hail storms in Western Kansas. Our issues come with the install and the customer service for the hail damage that did happen. The initial install was sub-par and when I wouldn't sign off on it, we were pressured to so the crew could leave. Well over time the issues I was pointing out have become worse and Woodbridge won't fix them because "I signed off on them then", which I wrote on the the contract what was still wrong with install. Secondly, when we called them about hail damage they claimed that was no longer covered by the life time warranty so they could help us. Even when we were willing to pay to get it fixed. Our insurance company was willing to pay to fix the siding, they won't call us back. That's bad business practice. I would give the Windows a 3.5 star for the product, just have some you know install them. An actual professional not a Joe-blow off the street that Woodbridge hires, that doesn't know what they are doing. The siding is holding up well in terms of coloring and helping our older home reduce energy cost. However it has taken a hit with a couple big hail storms from the north.

Windows had to be ordered, but were ready on the quoted time, installers were great......on time, clean, professional and efficient. I was a little concerned about the quality with the price difference, but all this time later, the windows still look brand new and I'm saving just over 15% on my utilities. Now......the part that blew me away.....We are looking to sell our home and need to button up a couple things before we do. There is a sheet metal wrap that covers the frame of the window and connects to my siding to keep everything water tight......its white in color.....well, the paint on it started peeling. My realtor said that it could have been from a hail stone hitting it and cracking the paint (again NOT THE WINDOW).......so I called Window World to see if they could get someone out to re-wrap the window. They said "we appreciate your business and have been a good customer, we are going to come out and re-wrap it FREE OF CHARGE". I was shocked. This was not something that was their fault, but chose to take care of me regardless. Now, when I need work done, there is no reason to get pricing anywhere else.......I don't care if they are cheaper, or more expensive, this is where I am going to choose to spend my money. Thank you Window World!

Kyle and his crew were very friendly, professional, and very meticulous when installing the windows. Not so much as a speck of dust was left behind when they were finished. My husband and I have been working to get our basement finished in preparation for our new baby. Since Star Lumber did our upstairs (prior to us moving in) we figured we would use them again for continuity's sake. The quality, look, and feel of everything is high quality. However, working with them has been extremely trying. To start off, if you do a renovation, you have to go to 4 different departments to pick out everything. The departments do not communicate with one another at all and you end up telling everyone the same thing over and over again. This also causes problems with coordinating and facilitating installation. We ordered everything in January, but weren't finished with regular installation things until April. The only reason we got done as fast as we did was my semi-weekly phone call asking them how things were progressing and when we could proceed with installation. They were very unresponsive which felt unprofessional and made it hard to get the ball rolling. Although we asked for phone calls prior to people showing up (ie the 30 minute call ahead before the appointment), we had to ask for those calls many times and even still didn't get any communication. One day the countertop team came to install the countertops (not the day they were scheduled) and we were trying to run home from work and missed them. They did our carpet and doors, but the doors don't fit post carpet, even though they did the measuring of the doors and trim and everything.

I…read morehave signed a contract with a salesperson from Champion end of February 2025 and it's end of December now and I still don't have the windows that were sold to me/I thought I bought. First, they got measured wrong, which the installation team found out when they measured them before installing. So windows were reordered. Then, when they came back to install the newly ordered windows, I received a window from a completely different customer! So I had to wait again until they got the right window. That window was damaged... back to ordering again. During the summer months, I realized that the windows didn't do much to block the heat. So I contacted Champion again to see if I could get a discount or anything to compensate for the money I'm spending on AC bills (I could have just kept my old outdated windows then). I was informed that per their police they don't give refunds. Go figure! So there goes $12000 for nothing! In September, I had enough of paying for all this shit and I started to look for legal help. 2 months later I found someone. During that time, somebody actually got back with me and informed me that I might have gotten windows with the UV missing. So they send out a tech to take pictures of the windows. Come to find out part of the windows weren't even triple pane and they had installed double pane. All this was very weird since the salesperson had informed me that Champion only makes triple pane that are very energy efficient. They get very cold right now and don't keep the heat in during the winter. After 2 months, I received a message saying that all windows are ready to be exchanged. When the tech arrived this morning he informed me, after counting all windows, that he is short on windows and doesn't have them all in his vehicle. This company has be very unprofessional and communication is super slow and at times I had the feeling I was getting ignored. The product looks very cheaply made and doesn't follow what is advertised!! I'm not sure how there are 5 star reviews, but I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone! Today, I got the rest of the windows that are about 50% energy efficient. I didn't sign the satisfaction statement since I'm not satisfied with the product at all! It is not what I was sold or have been paying for to this date! I was then informed that I will not be able to use my warranty unless I sign all paperwork and pay everything. It's a bunch of BS!!!

When he was told that we'd like to consider it and get more quotes since this was the first company we had contacted, he immediately changed his attitude and started ranting about how this visit was a waste of his time and he shouldn't have even bothered coming. He kept pushing and getting more and more insulting and inflammatory for the next 30 minutes. At this point, it wouldn't matter to me if Champion Windows was the highest quality and the most cost efficient. I refuse to do business with any company that would treat a potential customer like this. I can't imagine what the installation and customer service would be like after the agreement was signed.
