He told me he worked on $2 million houses pretty much saying my house wasn't worth nothing. For $16,000 and you figure you'll get an ultimate supreme job. But I have gaps in my doors and they don't close right. Then they came out and said we have to replace a skin coming in a month that the contractor damage. They said there was gonna be no Barewood around the doors or bottom and there is. As it sits right now, it's not worth the money for them to come out and put doors in. There's a lot other places can get it done cheaper. I been on and off the phone trying get this done so my security system guy can come over and finish up his job. The company does not take ownership of the damage and incorrectly that they install the doors. And we don't even want to talk about communication you better just hang that up. They would have really good communication with you at first until you sign the papers to purchase the doors and windows but after that, just hang it up, you won't get a call for a long time.

I…read morehave signed a contract with a salesperson from Champion end of February 2025 and it's end of December now and I still don't have the windows that were sold to me/I thought I bought. First, they got measured wrong, which the installation team found out when they measured them before installing. So windows were reordered. Then, when they came back to install the newly ordered windows, I received a window from a completely different customer! So I had to wait again until they got the right window. That window was damaged... back to ordering again. During the summer months, I realized that the windows didn't do much to block the heat. So I contacted Champion again to see if I could get a discount or anything to compensate for the money I'm spending on AC bills (I could have just kept my old outdated windows then). I was informed that per their police they don't give refunds. Go figure! So there goes $12000 for nothing! In September, I had enough of paying for all this shit and I started to look for legal help. 2 months later I found someone. During that time, somebody actually got back with me and informed me that I might have gotten windows with the UV missing. So they send out a tech to take pictures of the windows. Come to find out part of the windows weren't even triple pane and they had installed double pane. All this was very weird since the salesperson had informed me that Champion only makes triple pane that are very energy efficient. They get very cold right now and don't keep the heat in during the winter. After 2 months, I received a message saying that all windows are ready to be exchanged. When the tech arrived this morning he informed me, after counting all windows, that he is short on windows and doesn't have them all in his vehicle. This company has be very unprofessional and communication is super slow and at times I had the feeling I was getting ignored. The product looks very cheaply made and doesn't follow what is advertised!! I'm not sure how there are 5 star reviews, but I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone! Today, I got the rest of the windows that are about 50% energy efficient. I didn't sign the satisfaction statement since I'm not satisfied with the product at all! It is not what I was sold or have been paying for to this date! I was then informed that I will not be able to use my warranty unless I sign all paperwork and pay everything. It's a bunch of BS!!!

At this point, it wouldn't matter to me if Champion Windows was the highest quality and the most cost efficient. I refuse to do business with any company that would treat a potential customer like this. I can't imagine what the installation and customer service would be like after the agreement was signed.

Our house had small single hung, single pane (with screwed on storms), over trimmed, windows. My biggest concern was losing what little light we were getting by installing window replacements. Somehow, the designers or installers, dug out extra window space! Wizards. AND we don't have to look through screens because Pella Windows hide their screens until you open your Pella Windows! The installers were here 4 days and there was never a mess, it was a master class in "clean as you go". They took all the packaging, and old stuff with them. We were left with 16 gleaming windows, 1 new sliding glass door (all with bright new trim), and house paint, landscape, and concrete unworthy of them.
