So many "storm chaser" roofers came into our neighborhood and spent a lot of time here through next year advertising door to door, but Durst came with the highest recommendations from home owners that had done work with them prior to the storm. I have nothing but the best things to say about Dustin and his team. They were prompt, worked fast and did quality work. Even a few years later, they still come out to the edges of their service area for service calls after severe winter weather. I've yet to see any of those "storm chaser" companies back in our neighborhood to service their previous customers since roofs were installed. I'll always recommend Durst to anyone that asks, they're the best.

With the crazy weather and high winds we've been having it was time for them to come down and after talking with Tim during the estimate process I knew TB Tree Service was who I wanted to do the job. Tim and his top notch crew were exceptional and the equipment they use is impressive as well . There wasn't a lot of room for them to work but their precision in cutting large sections of the trees and using a crane to swing them over the house to their huge chipper machine was something you had to see to believe. They did all this with safety being their #1 priority and without the slightest bit of damage to my yard or landscaping (and I'm exceptionally picky). To top it all off, cleanup was done so well that the only evidence that major tree work had been done is that the trees are gone - not a stray branch, wood chips of even a leaf remained. Incredible job and I'd highly recommend TB Tree Service to anyone that needs tree work done!

Kevin Goldberg the owner is unethical and immoral human being. Dan and his partner were the installers and I had black mold and fungus growing inside at the corner of my brand new patio door because they left gaping holes on both corners and Kevin said Dan and his partner back out for probably the 10th or 15th time to fix things and all they did is tried to put new trim up around the patio door and all the other windows that were messed up but they never pulled the old trim off and cleaned up the wood and mold and stuff from the holes they left in it which was negligently done because they stopped working on it at the end of November beginning of December so it went through the whole entire winter and through the wet spring! Filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and somehow Kevin and his company lied their way through to get them to say that my claim was invalid LOL they talk about family and taking care of the customer and all I know is I want to divorce and I want a refund of my almost $12,000 that I put into this and they didn't feel because it was a mobile home that it was worthy of a quality installation but I sure as hell have a lot of gobbed on caulking that still looks like shit! If it was a toilet they would be spot on because it looks like shit! They told us that they were just going to leave the garage door open with the remotes inside and move on to their next job instead of coming to the door. I called two roofing companies for estimates. One wouldn't touch the job unless they got to do the whole roof at a cost of $12,000+. The other would do just the repairs to the dormer but not guarantee the work. I called my insurance agent and found insurance would not pay to repair/replace. He referred me to Sharon Roofing. Fred came out the next day. He actually went UP ON THE ROOF to look (the other two didn't), he took pictures of what he thought may be the problem and showed them to me. While he was up there, he caulked the cracks and holes that he saw (no charge). He gave me a very reasonable estimate and included a guarantee of the work and materials. The job was done 10/13/2021.
