Even though my wife is a competent CPA, we decided our time was better spent helping our clients and spending time with our family, rather than stressing over the tax code complexities or looking over the shoulder of our prior CPA who merely "checked the boxes."

I'm not sure how our experiences could have differed so wildly from the previous reviewer. We've found it easy to communicate with Cal, and we've always received first class treatment, though we're likely one of his smaller accounts. I'm guessing the reviewer probably provided insufficient/incorrect data, expecting miracles. The world's best CPA is no magician, and must rely on data as provided by the client! As the old saying goes, "Junk in, junk out." The "customer comes first" slogan proves a futile defense during an IRS audit! I sleep well at night knowing my returns are ACCURATE.
I can enthusiastically recommend Cal as a CPA who will undoubtedly save you headaches while helping you keep more of your hard-earned money!
