From the very first meeting we had, Justin was incredibly transparent and informative about the entire home buying process and even showed/explained to us the paperwork that we should expect to see when we decide on a home and put our offer down. Our interactions were all via phone call and Zoom, but he was so personable, friendly, and professional that we felt an instant connection from Day 1. I will admit that I gave him very vague descriptions of what type of home I wanted, but he took the information and RAN with it. We got connected to his app and received some recommended homes, which we were able to comment on via the app. Justin used our comments to further refine our preferences. By the time we got our mortgage pre-approval, we decided to tour a home virtually. Justin showed us the home over videocall and he even graciously took a separate video which he edited and sent over to us later that night to take another look. He was upfront about any imperfections or issues he saw with the home and offered his honest opinions on the construction, noise level, cosmetics, etc. We fell in love with the home and decided to put an offer down after Justin worked with us to do some competitive research on the price. We then flew down a couple days later, where Justin was ready to meet us and had prepared for a very honest inspector to look over the home while we were there to view. Throughout the closing process, Justin and his team were there to support us wherever they could with any questions we had (and boy, we had lots of questions!).
