I called this tire shop had set up to get a oil change 4 tires ordered for my Honda CRV made appointment for Sat March 28th @ 10:00am. I arrived at 9:45 am I took the guy at counter who waited on me I need to show you what I need done so I took him out to my CRV showed him A tire in the back that i had to take off because it had a nail in it and was flat I told him that I had been running on the spare tire a week. That I needed the spare took off of the rear passenger side and mounted back on my tail gate. And the tire laying in the back that was flat with a nail was to get a new tire and be put back on the rear drivers side. we then walked back inside he said it will be a a hour and half to 2 hours. A friend rode along with me she said you had a appointment why would it take that long? So we waited in their waiting room. I had been sitting there about 45 minutes and went outside to make a phone call and seen then just driving my CRV in the garage. After phone call I walked back in to the guy at counter just to check how much longer he said maybe 45 minutes so I thought I'll just pay then I can leave after it is done. My friend who rode with me has Diabetes so she was needing something to eat. So my trusting them to do a good job as I clearly told the guy what I needed him to do. I got in my CRV and drove away thinking what I had told him was done. We went to eat and when I walked out I noticed that the flat tire was laying still in the back of the CRV! IDIOTS! did not do as I told them to do They took off the rim my spare tire that I had put on the rear when I got the flat from a nail put the new tire on the Crv and left the flat tire that was supposed to get the new tire lay in the back of CRV so by this time they was closed! So I had to drive home with no spare tire and I leaving here soon to have to drive back up there again as high as gas is I'm a hour away from this IDIOT TIRE SHOP! To get my spare tire they better hope they still have it because I'm not buying a new spare tire This time I will see that they do things as should of been done. Very poor business I will never go to this place or any of their tire shops ever again! read more

Just stopped by for an inspection sticker. They usually get me in and out pretty fast, and this time was no exception. It had been a while since I had been there prior to this visit but it still seemed like they remembered me. I received a very friendly greeting at the front desk and one fella even asked me about my collegiate Greek life hoodie. We had a quick little chat before they took my car. I recently moved to Bridgeport and had a tire going down so looked for a local tire service store. I called Glotfelty Tire! They did not take appointments, so I drove in. They were very courteous and efficient getting my truck in very quickly. I sat in the waiting room with two other people and within 20 minutes the truck was done and ready to roll. The price was very reasonable and the gentlemen said they also did oil changes, tire rotations, etc. so I plan to visit often to keep my truck in good running order. Needed tires on my 2013 challenger. Messaged them about getting some new tires.told them what I wanted.within minutes they replied to my message with a price quote. The price was good.so they ordered them for me,they let me know when they were in(couple days).took the car over next day.dropped it off because of the covid 19.it was done within a few hours.always great service, super nice and very knowledgeable crew.these guys are great in Bridgeport wv.thx again. It took them an hour to diagnose that I need a new tire instead of being able to patch it. Then it took two hours for them to change one tire for $140. I understand tires are expensive but a 3 hour wait for one tire changed? I'm not sure if they forgot to tell me that my car was done or they just have terrible service because I know that it takes less than 10 minutes to change a tire as I have watched my father (mechanic for 20 years) do it in that time. I shouldn't have given one star! I waited a total of 6 hours to get a vehicle inspection! I ended up leaving and went somewhere else! They don't give a s--t! I've bought tires there before, etc.. Customer service has gone down hill, I will never go back! I've heard from others with bad experiences at this location. I will pass the word.. read more

Just got tires here. Very impressed with the price and the friendliness of the staff, as well as the quality of work. They did great work and also beat the price of all the other tire stores in the area including Wallmart. This is the only place I will buy tires from now on. read more

Never again.. I took my vehicle for a sticker on Friday..mechanic said I needed a left rear wheel bearing..he was right..and the only reason I give any star at all..then he gave me a price of $292 for the part and $60 for labor and stated it has to be repaired in a garage...untrue..came home got the part for $159 at Advance auto and fixed it myself..after getting sticker today I showed them the paper I was given on Friday and told them they have lost a customer for good! Of course it was no worry to them that I would have been out almost $150. Let this be a warning..they would have ripped me off and thought nothing of it and they will rip you off too!! I understand a company needs to make a profit..but..this bothers me..I'm a 69 year old Disabled Veteran and evidently the Purple Heart tags mean nothing to this company..thankful there are other garages in this area to give my business to..Never again Glotfelty! read more

Horrible service. Took car in for gas smell, they decided to patch a high pressure plastic fuel line on top of the fuel pump....2 weeks later smell and leak was back. got a fuel pump and fuel filter and asked them to re-fix the problem, and use the fuel pump if needed.......then they tried to double bill us...then when i pushed back saying they chose how to fix it the first time, the guy got all pissy and just threw us the keys, i told him we would pay for the fuel filter installation, but he was a prick and replied with a stern NO. He wouldn't let us talk once we called them out, just inturrupting saying "let me get my head around it". IDIOTS read more
