I hired Dan to paint the exterior of my stucco home and he did a fabulous job. He showed up on time, pressure washed, scraped loose paint, used quality paint to do the job and finished when he said he would. Everything was prepped nicely with no over spray where it should not have been. He also helped me with a gutter leak problem that I had, which was very helpful to me. Thanks to Dan and his partner Aaron. We had a stairs rehab that wasn't going exactly to plan for my DYI'er skills. I began stripping and priming our stairs but got off to a bad start by not using the correct primer. I had 5 hours into the project when I soon realized I wasn't getting the results I wanted. I called around to at least 3 contractors and they all requested photos and I was told they would get back to me, needless to say everyone I tried didn't want or need the job. No call backs. I called Dan after getting a few other quotes. I chose his company because his price was on point and the reviews on Yelp made me feel like he was the best choice; at the end of the job he even came in a little under his quote. I had him and one of his other guys paint my master bedroom, bathroom and hallway with all the doors. They did a great job and it got done pretty quickly. These guys worked hard and did a great job making sure that none of my things were exposed to the paint. They used tarps and plastic to keep anything from getting paint on them. The only imperfection I saw was a few minor drip marks around the trim of my closet and on one of the doors. They are very minor though and you can't tell unless you're OCD like I am.
