I scheduled an estimate and modified my work schedule to accommodate the time. Jason (owner) contacted me and explained he would not be able to make it as he was helping his crew finish a job. I completely understand and appreciate him letting me know. He seemed very apologetic and sincere with his words. We scheduled for the following day. Five stars is not enough for Jason and his crew! I am incredibly particular about my home, and Jason exceeded every single one of my expectations. We had brand new doors that required a massive amount of prep work. Two other painters had already attempted the job and failed miserably because they were either too lazy to do the necessary prep or did not know what was required. It was an interior project that included ceilings. The team rolled and brushed (no spray), with one area adding a third coat because of our color choice. We couldn't be more pleased. Our exterior paint project was a bit complicated, and Jason explained exactly how he was going to approach certain areas, such as where the trellis met the wall. Another painter who gave us a quote excluded the more difficult parts of the job, expecting us to actually take down a trellis with a large vine growing on it. Straight Edge was willing to take the time to do what was necessary to paint everything in spite of the challenges. Thoroughly impressed! Straight edge painting is definitely top notch! My husband was the one who made all the contact with the owner Jason. Jason sent paint samples for me to test sample. I just told him a color scheme and his recommendation is spot on. Everything from start to finish was smooth and extremely thorough. Jason kept us in the loop the entire process. We had the exterior of the house painted and all the fascia boards replaced. This job was completed in less than 3 days with no short cuts. WOW! The entire team worked fast and efficiently. Fast forward 3 days later, Jason contact my husband to make sure the job was satisfactory. On the text he mentioned that Elijah told him about a roof tile adjustment I previously asked about. Big shout out to Elijah! I made a comment on the roof tile (not thinking anything of it) I simply asked if there's an extra broken tile I can have to over lap the other tiles. He mentioned that the tiles were originally cut at an angle and its lays flat to the other tiles. I didn't think much of it but he came back the next day at 6:40 am and flush the tile together.
