The process was painless. I recall sitting there before working with a knowledgeable woman to get my insurance plan drafted. I wasn't there long. She gave me a huge road atlas, which was my driving bible that guided me along my numerous road trips. I wore my atlas down so much that it looked beat up. I noticed recently that I still have a neon keychain from Bruce Fujan State Farm with a coiled end that acts as a wrist strap. It doesn't glow in the dark, but it's so bright that it should! I paid for insurance monthly. It came out of my chequing account each month and was perfect for my needs as a new resident of Rochester. I had my car for three years. Terminating my insurance plan was straightforward when my lease was nearly over. I called and had it all set up. It was nice to stop by last week and still see my former insurance company still there. I remember getting nice Christmas cards from this place each year, which was a nice gesture. Luckily, I never had to file an insurance claim during my entire lease. If you do need an insurance agent in Rochester, I'd recommend coming here. I had an excellent experience. (2)

I got a policy with Allstate last summer when they were the cheapest quote I got. After having an accident my policy renewed nearly $40 higher a month than any other insurance agency. It took me seven days and 6 phone calls + a fax for them to finally cancel my policies, and now I have to wait 3-7 days for the money that they took out of my account (after I tried to cancel multiple times) to be refunded! I would think twice about getting insurance through this agency.
