She remembers everything about me and my life every time I see her, is constantly working on improving her skills to better meet my needs, while providing me with valuable education about my health along the way! She is one of my favorite needlers - unlike some people she never stabs you and she has such a calming bedside manner you hardly realize the needles are going in! I always feel like I get a free therapy session with my acupuncture session. Her massages are OUT OF THIS WORLD. Ty and Heidi were great! The worst is long lasting extreme pain in my hip after Dr. Cindy decided that my hips were misaligned. It feels like my hip pops in and out of place now and it was never a problem before agreeing to her adjustments. I went there for back and neck pain and left with a new hip pain. My new doctor in MN immediately ordered an MRI and it turns out my neck is in a much more precarious place than we previously thought because Dr. Cindy only did a CT.

She addressed every issue I had, even my TMJ, she was very thorough. She has a simple cash practice, so she is able to spend a lot of time discussing your issues. She is NOT a rack ''em stack 'em DC, as we say in the business, she addresss the whole person. It was exactly what I needed and she will be my chiropractor from now on. It seems Eugene has a lot of auto accident specialists, because they make the most money and are easy to bill without denials. I question the ethics of those practices. Chiropractic should be available to everyone, not just the wealthy. She is the ONLY DC in Eugene with a reasonable cash payment requiring no extensive X-rays or further appointments. Most of all, she is highly skilled in the mechanics of chiropractic and I'm very grateful I found her.Eugene has NO IDEA how lucky they are to have her at such a reasonable rate. Give her a try anywhere else you try will be in excess of $100 requiring X-rays for simple adjustments, and may not be as skilled.

I have nerve damage in three of my toes from my foot being run over by a car so the nerves began acting up again making it hard to walk properly. I called on Friday for an appt. as soon as possible. Tiffany, the recpt., was so nice, she gave me an appt the next morning w/ Marco. I showed up just before 9 a.m. and filled out paperwork and Marco sat w/ me to review my medical history and asked about my foot injury. He was very professional w/ me and instructed me on how the process of the open room w/ multiple chairs works. He said I should walk into the room and select a chair and recline in it and he would be right in. He then asked if I needed to watch the time and if not I could stay as long as I wanted. Marco came in and began putting needles in and then asked me if I wanted a blanket and I responded yes. He brought one over and draped it over me and told me to signal to him when I felt ready to end the session. I must have been in the chair over an hour I was so relaxed. Marco was wonderful and when I got up to leave my left foot felt REMARKABLY better. No stabbing pain when I walked. Day two and my foot feels much better. I'll be going back for more treatments...I really appreciate the sliding scale fee so I can afford to be treated twice a week for the next 3 weeks until I feel 100 percent better again.

Even when the massage therapist came highly recommended, I just never got what I wanted out of the experience. It was always like, what's all this hype about? So when I booked my first appointment with Mary, I was skeptical to say the least. To my unending delight, I can report that Mary truly delivers! By the end I felt so relaxed it almost felt like I'd been drugged. So amazing! I'd told every other massage therapist that I like a lot of pressure, but always felt like they continued to hold back. Not Mary! She's a master! Today I went for the acupuncture/massage combo as a little due date gift to myself, and man, I feel better than I've felt in ages. I had no idea I could feel so great at 40 weeks pregnant! Mary also is a fabulous listener and gives great feedback.
