Advertised as a female cosmetic surgeon in my area (keyword and tag search on both google and realself returned her website and I confirmed this when called to book appointment as I only wanted a female as my clinician for my cosmetic procedures). I went in for a consult with surgeon and female aesthetician, each of which I paid for separately and am not disputing, those services were as advertised and were received as expected. After consult, I gave a $500 deposit to be able to select a date for a hair restoration procedure, and then paid for the procedure in full separately. I was given a weekend date for my procedure and given some documentation about the procedure and told any other questions afterwards to reach out, no problem. In reading the documents closer to my surgery date, I noticed I could not seem to find any information on who was doing my procedure, after calling multiple times and then subsequently sending many texts back and forth trying to get further information and details (which I do have all the copies of) I find that it is a man who is doing my procedure, and he and his assistant do not even work for the practice, they are traveling subcontractors, with no medical license, he is not a doctor of any sort, has no board certifications, and the plastic surgeon will not be any part of my surgery or even present. I NEVER would have booked anything with some form of traveling "subcontractors" with not even a website or way to see their work or even know if they ever worked with my texture hair, especially with them only meeting the morning they are going to do my transplant. (I have a specific hair texture that has specific considerations for hair transplantation) and never could provide any relevant documentation to my requests for even just evidence they had worked with my hair texture before to assess their success and skill. Again, I NEVER would have given any deposit to this practice for this procedure had I known any of this information at the time of deposit. I would have known to ask different questions before booking had it been made transparent that no one working actually for their practice was doing the procedure and it was not someone with medical licensing. I made this clear in my texts and was told my refund would be forthcoming, no problem at all, they understood my position. I saw the balance of my payments credited to my accounts, but did not notice until now they did not refund my initial $500 and while I understand this would likely usually be considered 'non-refundable', this was a bait and switch situation, NONE of my paperwork that day of deposit indicted IN ANY WAY an unlicensed/non-board certified male subcontractor would be traveling in from places unknown to do my procedure and then leave again, who I would never even meet until the morning of my hair transplant, and who would not be available for any questions or provide any evidence of work relevant to me. All of my paperwork simply had the Dana Goldberg MD information on it, never anywhere a single mention of a traveling male subcontractor, their name, nothing at all to indicate the person doing my procedure would not be a member of the practice and not board certified in hair restoration. I NEVER would have given ANY deposit for ANY procedure had these facts been made transparent at the time they took the 'deposit' to 'look at dates' for my surgery. I have all the text messages with Melissa, after my phone calls to the practice the week prior trying to get more information from them about the details missing in my take home paperwork. She was very nice and I had hoped this was somehow an oversight, as I would hate to think it was purposely kept despite knowing the lack of transparency and upfront notice of the use of non-board-certified traveling subcontractors the practice is using prior to taking people's money and the fact that no surgeon is even involved in the hair transplant surgery they advertise, but it turns out this is a thing that they do, and hide the whole outside subcontractor and not the surgeon you thingk it is angle entirely on their website. read more

The saying is very much true, "you get what you pay for". In my opinion, when putting something foreign into your body you should not spare any expense. Your body is your vessel and you should treat it with the top of the line care. Dr. Dana Goldberg and her team emulate this. Dr. Goldberg takes her time with you. She is gentle and always honest when giving her professional opinion. With Doctors who are at this level of success and who still manage to maintain beautiful bedside manner, I truly applaud it. OVERPRICED!!!! Came in for Botox, The injector did not tell me how many units she was going to do before she started and did not give me a price... $1000 for Botox when I usually spend 300 is absolutely RIDICULOUS!!!!! I'm in my early 30's I'm not a sagging 80 year old... she told me I need to come back in two weeks to have a check up (totally normal with Botox) but BEWARE the Botox touch ups are not included!!!! I'm sorry but if your paying $15 dollars a unit.... touch ups BETTER BE INCLUDED!!!! Why would she schedule a follow up appointment without disclosing before hand that the touchups are not included??? I'm sorry but NO injector is perfect, how can you not cover touch ups just based on that fact alone!!!!! For the price I paid for this service, I'm not satisfied with the results but I refuseee to pay extra to have her do a "touch up" I FEEL COMPLETELY RIPPED OFF!!!!! I had another appointment to see the surgeon which I CANCELED because of this incident. I've had Botox done in Beverly hills for the past three years and I've never had this kind of service... Botox touch ups are ALWAYS Included, and prices are always disclosed... Great way to gain new clients... NOT! I'll be finding a new office with better customer care. read more

I recently had a procedure with Dr Goldberg and she was amazing. My results are beyond stellar. She and her staff were so warm and friendly...excellent bedside manner and highly knowledgeable. Dr Goldberg explains everything before and during the procedure to make you feel at ease. I have read a few comments about the prices at this office...I actually drove from Fort Lauderdale to Jupiter to have my procedure with Dr Goldberg. Her price was half of what my first consultation was in Fort Lauderdale. Dr. Goldberg was my first choice for the procedure but they didn't have any availability before I had to go back home to Atlanta. They took my name and number and someone canceled due to a family emergency and the office called and fit me right in. I was so thankful. I had a breast lift done with Dr. Dana Goldberg in 2016 (no implants) she suggested I wait and do the implants at a later time. Fast forward to 2019, I went to another surgeon for implants, mostly due to the fact that I didn't get warm bedside manner from her or her staff the first time around. Long story short. Went for consultation at new doctor (also in Jupiter), and I was told that my breasts were not as high or as lifted as they should be and I would need ANOTHER lift. I left his office crying that day. I thought that he HAD to be wrong, and went for a 2nd and 3rd opinion. EVERY surgeon I saw agreed with the first, the breast lift that Dr. Goldberg performed on me less then 3 years earlier was not done properly and she did not lift me to where I should be. I am in my early 30s, I have not had children and I have not had any major weight loss/gain that would maybe explain why the breast lift I had with Goldberg was compromised. As mentioned in many other reviews, Goldberg is priced much higher then most surgeons, I don't mind paying more if it is justified (safety/experience/end result) In this case. I paid over $7000 for absolutely nothing because I had to have another lift with another surgeon (also in Jupiter) the whole thing is beyond disappointing and I am disappointed in her as a surgeon and her office. I understand that end results are not guaranteed, you sign a bunch of paperwork essentially saying that they can't guarantee the end results, aesthetically but this in NOT about me not being happy, this is about the fact that the lift was not done correctly and I was still "sagging" according to 3 other reputable surgeons. I had a feeling it wasn't right, but it was an improvement from my original breasts, so life went on. Again, I didn't know that the lift was not done correctly until the new surgeon I went to for implants told me so. Apparently in their industry, Goldberg is known for doing less then stellar breast augmentations, and after getting a 2nd and 3rd opinion and speaking to a few of her past patients, this seems to be the common theme I keep hearing in regards to her and her work. Her facility is beautiful but that means nothing if you're paying a ton of money and you do not get what you paid for. I'm not even mad, I'm sad, disappointed and I feel taken advantage of - at this point. If I can help anyone save their time and money then this review is worth it. Dr. Dana Goldberg is a phenomenal surgeon. When I went in for my consultation she spent a very significant amount of time with me to understand the procedure(s), review all my options, and answer my questions. Some of the plastic surgeons told me what they thought I wanted to hear, versus what I needed to hear. Dr. Dana is meticulous, caring, and forward thinking. She keeps up on the newest advances in plastics to offer her patients the best results for their situation. Physical fitness is so important to me and the idea of not being able to workout was a huge mental aversion when it came to moving forward. Other doctors told me....nothing for 12 weeks. That seemed impossible for me and I was so worried about how I would handle this restriction. Instead of working against me, Dr. Dana worked WITH me. She understood how important my lifestyle was to my entire wellbeing, not just physical but mentally and emotionally. She gave me a schedule of things I could do starting as early as 5 weeks to move back toward my goals. Just having something new to look forward to each week helped keep me positive about my recovery. I am not exaggerating when I tell you the rave comments I get about my scars. My MD office commented on how amazing they are, not only location but precision of the surgical line. I have a tattoo to be removed by my incision and my tattoo artist was very impressed as he covers these scars often. Other individuals I know who have had the same surgery are extremely surprised. Even people who know nothing about plastic surgery have been shocked that this early on in recovery I look this great. I have to admit, I seldom write reviews but I am so happy that I chose Dr. Dana, I am amazed daily by my results, and I truly feel like I can trust her and her staff not only as I continue to recover but with any of my future needs. I went to Dr. Goldberg first because the option of having an all female staff appealed to me. All my doctors (from family practice to OB) are female. I went in for a consult right before Covid and I had full intentions to get 2nd or 3rd opinions just to compare prices and recommendations. However not only did everything get shut down, but I really didn't need a second opinion. Dr. Goldberg and her nurses were so informative and patient during my consultation and after hours through email. My procedure was scheduled for a Tuesday and I received an email on Friday and another call on Monday to make sure I remembered my pre-op instructions or in case I had questions. I emailed another question on Saturday morning and I received a reply 3 minutes later Fast forward to my procedure date... Everything I had to do or was done to me was explained to me before hand. When they had me change my shoes to socks, the nurse explained why. When I cleaned my nostrils, she explained why, when they added meds to my IV bag, I was explained why. That was their policy. The doctor stayed with me and held my hand while they put me under and the next thing I knew I was sitting in a chair waiting for my ride home. And that's just the handling of me as a person/patient. I got a breast reduction and went from a G-cup to a full B-cup. Dr. Goldberg explained ahead of time that a B might not be safe in order to preserve blood flow to the nipple, but would know more once I was in the operating room. I figured C is better than G, so it was ok with me. Needless to say, she managed to give me a full B-cup!! I'M IN LOVE WITH MY NEW BOOBS! They look better than when I was a teen!! Right now I'm 2 days post-op and I only have a bit of soreness. I wanted to hug Dr. Goldberg when she unwrapped me the day after. I've already given her information to friends who want the same procedure done and if I decide to go back for any other procedure, Dr. Goldberg will be my only option. Dr. Goldberg and her staff are experienced and professional. I had a tummy tuck and lipo to my upper thighs with J Plasma. There was barely any pain afterwards. I took Tylenol for the first five days and never even opened my bottles of Diazapam or Oxy. It has been four weeks tomorrow and there's nothing but a thin scar from hip to hip. I feel completely heeled and thrilled with the results. Things will continue to look better over the coming six months and I would be happy if everything just stays as is. I drove over two hours from Naples to go to Dr. Goldberg. I went to another plastic surgeon in Naples regarding CoolSculpting my arms. When I walked into his office two weeks after my tummy tuck with Dr. Goldberg, no one there could believe I had a tummy tuck 2 weeks earlier. The girls at the front desk said tummy tuck patients typically come in even four weeks later and aren't standing up straight yet, with a lot of swelling. I had none of that. I am a wimp about getting an IV in my tiny veins. Ana, one of the nurses at Dr. Goldberg's got the IV in and out with no discomfort. The nurse anesthesiologist, Toni Lee fills the OR with her sunny personality, which is so reassuring just before you go under general. The entire staff and especially Dr. Goldberg herself are brilliant and so appreciated for what they do. If you are less than thrilled about your female parts, there's no shame in having Dr. Goldberg fix those too. Her work speaks for itself. read more
